Scheduling activities should be a critical
component of your pet’s K9 Resorts experience.
Activities are one of the most important elements in our
strategy to provide topnotch care.
They also ensure your pet
benefits from the total K9 Resorts experience. Arranging
diversions is strongly recommended as they are a means
of significantly reducing pets’ stress levels while boarding.
Doggie Daycare or personal playtimes—in our loving and
caring environment—have a number of benefits, including:
- Provide mental and physical stimulation

- Break up your pet’s day
- Give your pet something to look forward to
- Afford exercise
- Make your pet’s experience just plain fun
We have an impressively low pet-to-staff ratio. This allows
us to spend quality time with every guest, ensuring they
completely enjoy their selected activities. Research findings verify
that a dog’s boarding experience is less stressful on the animal if
his or her day includes diversions such as exercise and pleasant
interactions with humans and other dogs. We therefore urge you
to select at least one of the following options for your pet:
- Doggie Daycare–This group play module is our most
popular program! Please refer to our Doggie Daycare section
for details.
- Individual Walks–Exercise, fresh air, and extra relief
opportunities abound in these one-on-one walks!
- Personal Playtimes–Dogs get individualized, fun physical
and mental stimulation from one of our staff members while
participating in this option. This activity is healthful for your
pet on many levels: it breaks up his or her day, burns energy,
helps minimize stress, and is just plain enjoyable.
Special Combination Packages Available
Stay & Play Program
By combining traditional compartment-based boarding
with our daylong Doggie Daycare program, pets benefit
by receiving superlative overnight care and an all-day
entertainment selection while their owners take advantage
of a special discounted rate.
Activity Packages
These packages combine individual walks and personal
playtimes into a discounted package. As with the Stay
& Play Program, a win-win scenario!
