What Are Your Boarding Hours?

Our boarding drop-off and pick up times are Monday through Sunday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

What Should I Bring for My Pet’s Stay?

During your pet's stay with us, we provide food, water, and cozy bedding. However, if your pet has specific dietary preferences, you're welcome to bring their own food. 

Can I Bring My Pet’s Medication?

Absolutely! We are more than capable of administering your pet's medication as per your instructions. To ensure proper administration, kindly provide the medication in its original packaging, clearly labeled with your pet's name and dosage information.

Can I Visit My Pet During Their Stay?

Our professional opinion is that if a dog is visited by someone they know, they tend to think they are going home, which may upset them. From that point, they must start the adjustment process all over again, causing avoidable stress. We strongly recommend not having visits.

Are There Any Requirements for Boarding?

For the safety and well-being of all our guests, all pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, Canine Influenza and Bordetella (kennel cough). Prior to boarding, please provide proof of vaccination from a licensed veterinarian.

Can You Accommodate Special Needs or Requests?

Absolutely! We are committed to meeting the unique needs of your pet. Whether it's dietary restrictions, medical requirements, or any other specific needs, please inform us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
