My husband and I love this place. Almost as much has our 13 month old Golden Retriever! She can't wait to get there and I have never had a moments concern always knowing she was having fun and well cared for every minute she is there. The staff is top notch and they all love dogs. They even celebrated her birthday!
This K-9 team is awesome. I had to work out of state for several months. The team made my pup feel like he had a second home while we were away. I could tell by his body language he was very comfortable with the staff.The daily videos help me cope with the separation of my pet. If anyone is interested in long term boarding you should really consider using this K9 team. This team is awesome 👏🏾
K9 Pet resort is a great clean daycare for my cavalier. My fur baby loves to go there. He is very spoiled, so he know that he only stays in a 5 star resort. The staff is amazing there. They go above and beyond.and have earned my trust. Highly Recommend!!!
K9 Resorts and the staff are not only professional but very personable. When looking for somewhere my dog Piper could spend a few days while I was out of town I was very picky because Piper is very special to me and I have not spent very much time away from her so I was anxious to begin with. I was very impressed with the communication that K9 resorts has and the extra level of customer service they gave when it came to me calling and checking in. I got pictures of Piper every day with updates on her well being which made me feel so comfortable and I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation knowing Piper was well taken care of. I would recommend K9 to everyone I know and Piper will never go anywhere else!
Littlefoot has so much fun at daycare. Very professional and welcoming. Everyone is warm and friendly, they keep you updated on if there are any issues. We refer clients from the office all the time. Worth the peace of mind for your loved one.
Our dog have yet to stay here. They have an evaluation scheduled to ensure the facility is a good fit for them. This review is based off the customer service we have received since inquiring about their services. I have to say this facility and their team have been amazing. From the start, they have been professional. They were non judgmental when I stated that my boy cannot be around other animals. They totally understood. They have a more private play area for these type of animals and sound proof rooms. My dogs have not been boarded in at least 4-5 years and I am nervous about it. K9's team did not make me feel crazy for having so many worries. They understood me. We had a tour and when we arrived we were greeted with smiles and a "doggie bag" filled with brochures of information. The facility is clean. When you walk in you are hit with fresh smells. Not stinky animal smells. Its as if you are walking into a hotel. When we took the tour I could not find anything wrong or out of place. I am not an easy person to impress and I was impressed. The sound proof room area looks as though it is a legit fancy hotel. You are getting what you pay for at this facility. They contact your vet for shot records so you do not have to which is one less thing to worry about. The more I speak with the facility team the more comfortable I become. After the eval I will update the review but so far I could not be more impressed.
The fact that this location does not have a 5.0 ⭐️ rating blows my mind. Mid-summer I made the switch to K9 and I’m mad I wasn’t using them all along. I’ve gone from Camp Green Dog (not a bad facility btw!!!), to Pet Paradise - Okatie (also not bad), to Pet Paradise - Pooler (absolutely TERRIBLE). If you know, you know. From the second my wife and I walked into K9 we knew instantly we were meant to find them at the time we did. Truly a staff that cares about the health and well being of your fur baby. The sweetest and most respectful team of people. Everything they do is with intent to serve your baby in the best possible way. This location is the only one we have used so far but it’s clear that they are part of the standard - a high one at that. Thank you so much for loving Bert and Zoey as much as we do. We appreciate all that you do and so do they!!!
I would 100% recommend K9 to anyone!!! They treat my dog Vanilla Bean like she’s one of their own! Having a dog with allergies it can be hard to find a trust worthy facility! But I know when Bean is at k9 they go above and beyond to make sure she’s happy and healthy! Also she absolutely lovesss all her friends that she made in daycare and with the staff! I would never take her anywhere else!
The entire team is hard working, and completely amazing! Belle loves going to K9 In Bluffton! She is always happy to see me when I pick her up. But more importantly, she can't get out of the car fast enough when I drop her off! Highly recommend!
I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention Eli gets at K9 Bluffton. He’s always excited when we arrive, and by the time we get home, he’s snoozing like a little champ, dreaming of all the fun he had. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly gets to know each dog. I trust them completely with Eli’s care and feel lucky to have found such a great place.
My sweet girl Rainey has been going to K9 since she was 7 months old! She just turned 3! She has hit over 500 visits with them! They have been the best thing ever for her! She gets so much attention and play time! She comes home from daycare every day tired and happy! K9 has been great when I've had to extend reservations or was running late from work to pick her up! They even took such special care of her when she got spayed! I also love all the pictures I get from them of her! I have repeatedly recommended them to many friends and family! We love our K9 family!
I can't say enough good things about K9 Resorts in Bluffton! My two dogs absolutely love their stays here. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, treating my pets like their own. The facilities are top-notch, with plenty of space for playtime and relaxation. I always feel at ease knowing my furry friends are in such a luxurious and caring environment. If you want the best for your pets, K9 Resorts is the place to go!
