Are there any requirements for boarding?
Prior to boarding, all pets must be up to date on their vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella. Dogs are not required to be spayed or neutered but they will just participate in group play if over 10 months old and not spayed or neutered.
What should I bring for my pet's stay?
We don’t recommend bringing your dogs own food however you can if you would like but we offer blue buffalo food. We do not allow you to bring any bedding or toys but you can bring treats that will help your pet feel more at home during their stay.
Can I visit my pet during their stay?
Yes, we encourage pet owners to visit their furry friends during their stay. However, we recommend scheduling visits in advance to ensure availability and minimize disruptions to the daily routine.
How often are the pets exercised?
At K9 Resorts, we prioritize the well-being of your pets. Dogs are exercised multiple times a day in our secure outdoor play areas. We also offer additional playtime options and activities upon request.
How can I make a reservation?
You can easily make a reservation by visiting our website and filling out the online reservation form. Alternatively, you can also give us a call at (480) 531-5701 to speak with one of our friendly staff members.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We do not issue refunds but will apply any deposits as a store credit for future use.
