Outstanding service and cleanliness! The air filtration system brings this facility to the next level. Staff are very friendly and Bear loves his days here with all his pup friends! 10/10 would recommend.
This place is a NO BRAINER for daycare. They take such good care of the dogs. Our dog Benny is so happy to go every day. Every single staff member has won him over which is saying a lot because he can be a total curmudgeon! They do activities with them and I love that they allow outside time. And they send picture updates and report card reviews. We were so lucky to find this place!
I was loyal to a daycare for over five years… until we tried K9 resorts. Their facility is incredibly clean and every person who works there is friendly. They are also really intuitive when it comes to the dogs and tend to know exactly what they need! The true game changer was that there isn’t a ‘time out’ or ‘break’ time where dogs go into kennels. They have free range the entire day! My dog will definitely be going back!
We brought our two dogs in today for an evaluation with the hopes of finding a great place for boarding, and WOW—K9 Resorts exceeded every single expectation! We are officially booked. From the moment I called to inquire, the customer service has been stellar. The staff is warm, attentive, and truly listens. They were incredibly thorough in answering our questions and explaining the process, which made everything feel seamless. The facility itself is beautiful—spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It’s clear they have strong systems in place to make check-in efficient and stress-free. Most importantly, you can tell they genuinely care about the dogs. We our left our dogs (always hard to do) with peace of mind. K9 Resorts is top-tier! Highly recommend! 🐾
Zuzu had so much fun at k9 resorts in Deerfield! She went for doggy daycare and played so well with all the other doggies. I’m really picky about where I send my dog for daycare and who takes care of her, but I could tell from the moment we walked in that she would love it. They texted me a report with photos each day to let me know how she was doing and I could tell she was having a great time and was well taken care of. She will definitely be going back!
I booked a future boarding here which will take place in a few weeks. I had to send my dog for daycare for an evaluation day. I arrived and the facility is super clean and very upscale. The staff was very friendly and I was immediately helped. My dog was at daycare for roughly 6 hours and came home exhausted from all of the play. The staff called me twice to give me updates. I appreciated the transparency and appreciated how they eased my dog into the play sessions as it was his first time there. Very happy with the service and excited to use K9 Resorts for boarding and daycare drop in sessions. Would definitely recommend!
My 18mo old doodle loves K9! He has been here for daycare many times since opening and has stayed over several nights. The staff is very friendly, engaged and helpful with questions. The facility is SO clean and is very well maintained.
My 2 boys spent 3 weeks at K9 resort. What a nice experience. They kept me informed about their status via photos and text/calls as needed. And both boys are home and we are all happy about the care rendered at the resort. It’s nice to be away and know your”kids” are safe and well tended to. We dropped our dog off here for the first time today and it was a great experience for all. We loved getting playtime photos of him as well! The place is pristine clean and Wrigley came home tired and happy!
Duncan just spent 3 days in a row at day care & we couldn’t be happier with our experience there. Everyone is friendly & it is run so well. The whole place is immaculately clean, it does not smell like dogs at all, we can not even tell that Duncan has been there when we come home. We especially love when we receive pictures of him or we see them on social media. We will definitely bring him back to play regularly.
New daycare client and we love it so much already! Lilo has special needs and there was no hesitation in meeting her needs and wanting to support her during her day. We are so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and kindness of the staff. Thank you for treating her like family!!
I boarded my senior mini poodle at K9 resorts over the weekend while I was away on a trip, she got lots of attention, and a safe place to relax while I was gone! They took all the stress out of finding a place to care for her when I was gone.
K9 Resorts Deerfield was the easiest and fastest check-in process for a last minute reservation for a two night stay for my two standard poodles, DaBear and Honey Bear. They were fed quality food, given excellent quality play/exercise time (they slept the rest of the day once they were home) and they smelled amazing! I received pup pictures and a quick pup update within 24 hours. And they made sure to adhere to the no poultry diet, and delivered delightfully smelling pups upon pick up. Definitely worth checking out and making your reservation. The staff is incredible!
The moment our puppy arrived to K9 Deerfield he loved. We brought him to an evaluation and he didn’t want to go home!!!! We not only recommend but will definitely use their services again!
I toured K9 Resorts this evening and was thoroughly impressed. The facility is spacious, welcoming, and impeccably clean and organized. They offer three distinct types of boarding to suit different needs, and every area I saw was well maintained, including the beautiful outdoor spaces. The staff were outstanding — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They patiently answered all of my questions and took the time to show me every part of the facility, which gave me complete confidence in their dedication and standards of care. I feel very comfortable and excited to bring my golden doodle here for daycare next week. I highly recommend K9 Resorts to anyone looking for a trustworthy, top-notch place for their dog!
Our six-month-old puppy had an amazing time at K9 Resorts! The all-day play was perfect for her high energy, and she loved socializing with other dogs. We really appreciated the frequent text updates and loved spotting her in their social media posts—it made us feel connected while she was away. We’re already looking forward to her next visit!
