What is the check-in/check-out time for boarding?

Our check-in time for boarding is between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm, and check-out time is between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. Late check-outs after 12:00 pm will incur an additional half-day charge.

What are the requirements for boarding my pet?

All pets must be up to date on vaccinations, including Rabies, Distemper, Canine Influenza, and Bordetella (kennel cough). Proof of vaccination must be provided upon check-in.

Can my pets from the same family stay together?

Yes, pets from the same family can stay together as long as they are compatible and can comfortably share a suite. Please inform our staff in advance if you would like them to be housed together.

What kind of accommodations do you offer for boarding?

We offer spacious and comfortable suites for your pets during their stay. Each suite is equipped with a cozy bed, fresh water, and plenty of space for them to relax and play. We also have luxurious VIP suites with additional amenities for a truly indulgent experience.

How often will my pet be exercised during boarding?

Your pet will enjoy multiple exercise sessions throughout the day in our spacious and supervised play areas. Our trained staff will ensure that your pet receives plenty of exercise and socialization during their stay.

What happens if my pet becomes ill during their stay?

We have a team of experienced and caring staff who closely monitor all pets during their stay. In the event that your pet becomes ill, we will contact you immediately and seek appropriate veterinary care. We also require all pets to have up-to-date emergency contact information on file.

Can I make special requests for my pet's boarding stay?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate any special requests to make your pet's stay as comfortable as possible.
