Our two dogs stayed overnight at K9, the most recent of many stays, ranging from 1 to 10 nights. They are anxious to get in with the other dogs when we drop them off and are well adjusted when we pick them up. I feel as if they are well taken care of all the times we have used the kennel.
I’m very grateful for the experience I had with K9’s boarding and daycare services!! My dog stayed a week and I got updates via text daily, pictures, and knew he was in good & loving hands! all of the workers were very kind and helpful too. I look forward to bringing my dog here again!
This was Finn's second time here. The staff is always welcoming and understand that it is tough to leave our boy. The reservation process was easy, check in was a breeze and the pickup was smooth. When my kids picked him up, he ran to all the staff to give them love, which shows they treated him well and cared for him like he was important to them. Not a hassle for them to provide the food I bring (small fee) and snacks to him so he keeps his routine. I drive a little further to this location because I know they take great care of my boy and also took great care of our previous dog.
K9 Horsham is incredible! Kelly, Kaitlyn, Marlene and Theodore go above and beyond every single day. Our dog has special needs and takes lots of medication. It is so hard to get the meds in him everyday and somehow, they get it done. They spoil him with love and care. He is so happy there - they are so creative in handling him and taking care of it, and go the extra mile every day. They are a very special staff and we are so grateful to them. Our dog is not people friendly AT ALL - and somehow, he adores the staff tremendously. He cuddles with them, takes his food from them and his medications from them. THAT IS HUGE!!!!! He will let very few people get anywhere near him but the K9 Horsham Team is top of his list! HUGE KUDOS and GRATITUDE TO KELLY, KAITLYN, MARLENE & THEODORE!
I have a nervous rescue that I adopted 4 months ago with my wife. Nyla is terrified of everything but loves hanging out with dogs. The team here at K9 resorts truly helped our baby come out of her shell and start enjoying life. We feel completely safe in boarding her there for periods of time. Before we leave in the morning, we ask her if she wants to go see her friends. She gets so excited that she literally does a dance. Give this location a chance, they are amazing people.
K-9 Resorts has been a wonderful place to leave our dog Nash. We’ve used both the daycare and the boarding and have been very happy.
Boone came for an evaluation for daycare and I can’t say enough nice things about Kaitlin even from the very first email! She explained the various options and how they would slowly introduce the dogs so Boone would not get overwhelmed. Offered for him to take a break while other dogs ate their lunch and he loved it there. He was a bit nervous at first but after his break he felt more comfortable and had a great time! Looking forward to more visits!
Our Bella had a great vacation while we were on vacation. The staff took very good care of her. She returned to us freshly shampooed and had no issues or tummy troubles (like she usually does after boarding at other places.) I highly recommend K9 kennels.
My dog has been attending daycare at K9 for a few years now. He gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot and can’t wait to get inside. The K9 team is so welcoming and cares for my dog the same way that I do. I would highly recommend!!
My dog goes once a week to daycare and Always gets so excited when he arrives, he is greeted with love and he feels comfortable with the staff! When I pick him up he is happy and tired from a fun day of playing! I love this place and so does Sigmund!
We absolutely love K9 Resorts! The dogs are extremely well taken care of and you can tell the staff really cares about our girl. Our puppy comes home EXHAUSTED and we love knowing she is getting enrichment and energy out on the days we have work!
This is the third time that we left our dog at K-9 Resorts for a week. Again, the customer service was excellent, the accommodations were perfect and we will use them wherever we need boarding! Thank you!
My best buddy has been coming to K9 resorts since he was a puppy he is 5 years old now. He is a high energy guy who loves to come see his friends. He comes home tired and rests for a day or two after a full day care visit. K9 resorts in Horsham is the only place I would trust to take care of my best buddy!!
K9 Resorts in Horsham has the friendliest staff and my dog really enjoys the daycare and overnight stays! He always comes home happy and exhausted!
We were greeted with enthusiasm and positive attitudes and ready to answer questions. I received an email about 1/2 way through her stay letting me know how she was doing and how much they adored her. After trying out half a dozen other facilities I have finally found one where I feel they actually care about my dog. Thank you K9 resorts Horsham! I finally feel a little less guilty going away without my pup!
There are too many positive things to say about K9 resorts in Horsham, mostly due to a staff that goes above and beyond for their clients and the dogs they serve. My german shepherd started going to daycare there roughly two years ago to help with his socialization. When I first took him I was terrified of how he would do because he typically barks and lunges at people when we are out walking (rescue from abusive situation, went through training, still needed socialization). He has never had a negative experience there, and so many times I have been shocked at how well behaved he is when dropping him off and picking him up from K9. He gets so excited when I tell him he’s going to “see his friends” that day. The entire staff at K9 are remarkable. They know each dog by name and greet them with genuine excitement each time. They have made accommodations for me multiple times. I also have a senior dog who boards with my shepherd occasionally and they take excellent care of him, including administering his medication. The staff went out of their way to ensure I had zero worries around the time my first child was due - adjusting reservations with ease even though it was peak season. I really can’t thank everyone there enough for what they’ve done for me and my fur babies! I know of other locations nearby that may be more affordable, but I don’t even think twice about booking at K9 because you get what you pay for — excellent care for your dogs. I have used K9 Resorts in Horsham, PA for the past several years and believe they are an exceptional organization!! The staff is amazing and so very caring. The facility is immaculate so you can see the pride taken to keep this facility clean and running so smoothly! Prices for daycare and boarding are within reason and comparable to other local facilities but I wouldn’t want to take my “baby boy Kai” anywhere else !! 😍
I used to take my dog regularly for daycare before working from home and use them every time for boarding. I leave knowing he’s in great hands. My dog is an incredibly anxious dog too, so it’s really hard leaving him places, but that’s never the case here. They keep it very clean and have dog lover staff of all ages, so you’ll feel great knowing your pooch is loved. My dog always yanks me to the door when I drop him off because he can’t wait to get inside and is super tired when I pick him up. It’s a win win!
