Great experience here my dog loves it. He’s even friendlier with other dogs now ever since I took him here. It’s a great location. Super close to my house so I’m able to drop him off. Super easy. Daycare is really great price and their staff is really friendly would recommend it to anyone.
I can’t say enough good things about K9 Resorts Houston-Heights! My dog tends to be very nervous in new environments, but the staff here went above and beyond to make both of us feel at ease. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, patient, and truly attentive to his needs. The facility itself is spotless, calm, and doesn’t feel chaotic like some places we’ve tried before. I could tell he felt more comfortable each day, and I genuinely had peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. Thank you for treating my pup like family—this will absolutely be our go-to place from now on! 🐾
We are always nervous when leaving our dogs but feel most confident in the hands of professionals. The staff at K9 Resorts asked all the right questions and patiently listened to our concerns. They followed all instructions and sent report cards with photos. We feel that we can trust K9 Resorts with our precious pups.
Penelope loves coming here for daycare! The staff is always so kind and welcoming, and I can tell she feels safe and happy. She gets plenty of playtime and socialization, and always comes home tired and content. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable and fun daycare for their pup!
I took my babies there for an evaluation and day camp. It was the first time I had left them anywhere, so I was so nervous. Rolando was great, he gave me a tour and his staff is amazing. I definitely felt more comfortable after talking to him and his stuff. I got pictures and an update when I picked them up.
My dog Lucie loves loves loves K9 resorts. I am so glad my coworker recommended K9 resorts to us. We take Lucie there every morning and every time we are near she can’t contain her excitement and she is jumping to get out of the car so she can go to day care. I love the pictures they share in their Instagram story so you can see your pup. Lucie is smiling way more there than at our home haha. The staff are amazing and they take great care of Lucie. Thankful for everyone at K9 resorts and I highly recommend them!!!

I can't express how grateful I am to be able to take my Bella to such a wonderful place where the facilities & staff are so professional & exceed my expectations time & time again. Every time we get to the parking lot Bella gets so exited she can't get in to the building soon enough. To see this excitement on my sweet girls face puts this mommas heart at ease & brings me so much joy. Having a business of my own makes know the importance of customer service & having that personal touch & feel with my clients so to receive this on the client side now goes a long way for me . I love the fact that when we walk in the staff knows who we are by name. We feel like family. The place is so nice, always clean, doesn't smell like a doggy daycare, has extra air purifiers to help keep air clean for all our furry friends & the place smelling good is a huge ++ plus! We don't live close but the drive is so worth it because of the experience we receive every time. I can't imagine taking my girl anywhere else. The other day I had one of my clients come in to my spa business & long story short she said she took her dog to the same k9 in Houston heights & said her dog never wants to leave because he loves it so much. I was like wow she lives near us & also doesn't mind driving to bring her dog Scout because of the experience he receives. The GM Rolando has been such a wonderful part of our experience to say the least. He always answers any questions I've had and keeps such a great team to work along side him. If you are thinking of finding your furry loved one a place to go to for doggy daycare or to board look no further. Your pup will love meeting the staff & making & playing with their new found furry friends. Go visit the place & the minute you drive up to the parking lot & step foot in the lobby area you will already feel the difference & know this is a place you would trust to keep your sweet one in the best hands.
