We absolutely love K9 Resorts! The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about our Lilly. She gets excited as soon as she realizes where we’re going, and we always pick up one very happy and very tired little girl! It gives us great peace of mind knowing Lilly is somewhere safe, clean, and well cared for. Five stars from us and four paws up from Lilly!
Amazing experience start to finish. Boarded my dog and when my flight got reschedule for three days later than I was supposed to come back they were super helpful and accomodating. The $99 special is SUCH a steal and my dog left happy everyday, not to mention the pictures for the weekly activities being adorable. Mary Alex and truly the whole team were the friendliest of faces and my dog loved each one more than the next. Definitely bring your fur baby here!
Absolutely fantastic place to take your fur baby! My wife and I have taken our little one to other boarding places before, and haven't always had great experiences, but the staff at K9 made all those worries disappear the moment we stepped into the building! From the beginning, we have been impressed with the service and care our dog (and even us!) have received! Ashlee, one of the front desk girls, was incredibly friendly and patient with us as we asked a million questions about the facility and specific dog care, and was even kind enough to offer us an impromptu tour (we had been in the area and decided to drop by and ask some questions) but that was no problem for the K9 staff! The process to create an account and book was incredibly easy, with the front desk being patient as we explained our little girl is a rescue and is scared of most men. The staff assured us that they would do everything they could to make her feel comfortable and safe with them. They even offered to send us photo updates so we could see how our little baby was doing, which my wife and daughter greatly appreciated. We got the most amazing pictures of our puppy playing with other dogs, and even playing with one of the male staff members, which was such a big moment for her. It just goes to show you how much time and effort that the K9 staff put into making all the puppies comfortable and safe around them. At checkout, Ashlee let us know that our girl had really come out of her shell and was loving the playtime with the other doggies, which was amazing to hear! She showed us tons of pictures of her, and we saw so many of the staff playing with our girl. She had the biggest smiley face in every photo! After her stay, she was so worn out, but the happiest we have ever seen her. We had to bring her back in for daycare and look forward to more stays with a staff that ensures our doggies happiness, safety, and comfort. There isn't a place we trust more than K9 Resorts with our precious girl 💕
K9 pet resorts in Overland Park did such a great job with my dog. They are very thorough with their screening process and giving of information upfront. They also provide many options to personalize your pet’s day or stay and are incredibly accommodating to the individual needs of your pet. The people that work there seem to all enjoy what they do and make you feel great about leaving your pet there with them. I would highly recommend this “resort” for both doggy daycare and boarding.
My first experiences with K9 Resort have been so great for my puppy. I was nervous about boarding her at just 5 months old but was in a bind and had no other options. The staff has been so kind and welcoming, they put me at ease. Very happy with the boarding and daycare services.
We absolutely enjoy bringing our pet to K-9 luxury resort in Brookfield Wisconsin. We know that she will get the best care possible. It’s clean it smells clean ! The staff is amazing with our fur friend ! And that is a big big plus they do fun activities with the fur friends . When we board her, they send updated pictures every day to us making sure that we’re comfortable they’re comfortable and we can have a nice vacation knowing that our friend is well taken care of doggy care is phenomenal. Ginger goes there and I feel in my heart, she loves it.
My grand puppies go to K9 Resort and they love it. They have made so many dog friends and get so excited when I tell them they are going to school. The staff does an exception job caring for all of our puppies. K9 has events 2 days per week and the staff makes sure all puppies have the best time ever. The pictures are the best. I look forward to going on FB and seeing all the fun the puppies have. I recommend giving K9 Resorts a try and see for yourself how great a place it truly is.
My dog goes to K9 three days a week for a half day of daycare and absolutely loves it! He gets all his energy out, and I know he’s being well taken care of by the amazing K9 staff. They are all so kind, and send photos of my pup often, which we love. Can’t recommend K9 more for my high energy dog!
Moonpie stayed in an executive suite while i traveled for about 5 days. His birthday fell into that time frame. I was surprised with photos a day or so into the trip. The photos were of Moonpie in a silly birthday hat and shots of him eating ice cream. Banners in the background said happy 1st birthday Moonpie! I was at a dirty martini party at the time. We passed those pictures around and laughed all night about what fun "Moonpie's birthday holiday" must be. Whenever i go on vacation, my puppy gets a holiday too. Its a win win for us. Moonpie and i are sold on k9 resorts luxury pet hotel!
This place completely exceeded my expectations — by far the most amazing spot to bring your furry baby! Mellow had an incredible first day at daycare and even made a new friend. The facility is spotless, and the staff is truly hands-on and knowledgeable about everything happening. You can tell they genuinely care and keep a close eye on all the dogs. I could go on for days about how great this place is, but the bottom line: we will absolutely be bringing her back. So grateful we found you!
I can’t say enough great things about K9 Resorts Wilmington! Arya has gone there for both daycare and boarding, and every experience has been amazing!! The staff is truly what makes this place special. They are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely love every dog they care for. They take the time to get to know each dog’s personality and always share thoughtful updates that make it clear they’re paying close attention. I boarded Arya for the first time with K9 resort Wilmington location, with it being the first time I was a bit nervous. Without me even asking, they sent me a photo and an update to let me know she was doing well. That small gesture meant so much and showed how attentive and empathetic they are, not just with the dogs, but with their owners too. Knowing Arya is cared for by people who treat her like their own gives me complete peace of mind. I couldn’t recommend K9 Resorts Wilmington enough!
As a travel nurse, my son Henry has been to lots of daycares, and this is one of the best ones he has ever attended. The facility was super clean and always smells good, I got the unlimited monthly (it comes with one free bath a month!), he comes home tired and happy, and I love seeing him on their social media pages! The photos are from their Instagram, (please ignore that his mouth is open, he is a husky mix and has opinion on everything). Also, I can tell he loves it there because he starts yelling at me when we pull off the free way and then tries to pull me into the building and into the back room to play unless he sees one of his two favorite staff members, then he pulls me to them haha
This is the third K9 Resort location we’ve gone to (others being Jacksonville & Wellington), and the quality of customer service and pet care has been outstanding at each location. The staff are extremely friendly and take the time to tell you the details of your dog’s day at daycare while giving him extra love on our way out. The beautiful lobby even smelled the exact same at each location, just like a clean hotel instead of a musty dog kennel. I’ve worked in kennels before and I can tell how clean they keep their kennels and yards based on how good he smells when I pick him up! My dog Mister Beau clearly got plenty of time to play all day, evidenced by how hard he sleeps after visiting here. 10/10 recommend the daycamp services at ANY K9 Resorts location.
I can’t recommend K9 Luxury Resorts enough! From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much pride they take in keeping the facility spotless. It’s always incredibly clean, and it actually smells fresh when you walk through the doors, which says a lot for a dog daycare and boarding facility! I’ve personally witnessed how efficient and well-trained the staff are when working with the dogs. They genuinely understand canine behavior and handle every pup with patience, confidence, and so much care. One of my favorite things to see is how excited the dogs are to greet the team—it speaks volumes about the love and trust they’ve built with them. The front desk staff are also amazing! They’re always welcoming, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. Whether you have questions about daycare, boarding, or your dog’s stay, they’re happy to help and make the whole experience easy. Another thing that really sets K9 Luxury Resorts apart are their Tuesday and Thursday enrichment events. They’re always so creative, fun, and thoughtfully planned. Your dog gets to participate in adorable themed activities, and you even get to take home a keepsake photo! You can tell the person who creates these events puts so much time and effort into the decorations and making each theme special. They also post the photos and videos on social media, which is such a fun way to see your dog enjoying their day while you’re away. I don’t mind seeing them on social media rather than a 24/7 camera or else I would be glued to my phone during business meetings or vacation. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be safe, loved, entertained, and cared for by an amazing team, K9 Luxury Resorts is the place to go. Five stars all the way!
LOVED the princess treatment my pup, Duchess, received while boarding at K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel in Malvern. It was a last minute booking and they did not hesitate to accept her when 4 other companies turned us away. We received pics and updates daily and just knew she was in good hands from the moment we walked in. Forever grateful 🩷
We've been using K9 Resorts for the past 1.5 years for multiple short and long boarding vacations for our 3 dogs. Its very clear that they love dogs and our dogs love them. Our dogs are complicated in that they have very different feeding and medication requirements. The staff are great about keeping it all straight. Yes, they stay together in the same "suite". And they have a wonderful/secure play area that the dogs get to relax in multiple times a day. Staff have been great about making sure they're supervised if other dogs join them in daycare. And on every occasion when we've picked our dogs up they've had a bath, look great and we haven't had any problems with weight loss like we did with another location. Making reservations online is very easy and we can make them very far out on the calendar so we can finalize any plans we need for flights, hotels, etc. We STRONGLY recommend boarding your pets here. The staff will take exceptional care of them and your pets will come back healthy!
Everyone was so friendly and helpful! . Super clean and organized. They posted lots of pics On their social media so I could see how my fur babies were doing!
I can't say enough wonderful things about K9 Resorts! Leaving my 9-year-old Yorkie Terrier mix, Jojo, while he was recovering from a broken leg was stressful, but the entire team made me feel completely at ease. They took such great care of him and were incredibly gentle and attentive to his injury. It was obvious they truly cared about his comfort and well-being. I also loved receiving the daily pictures—they gave me so much peace of mind and made my day every time I saw Jojo happy and being so well cared for. The staff was always kind, welcoming, and eager to help. A special thank you to James, the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure Jojo was well taken care of, and you can genuinely tell he loves what he does and cares deeply about every pet that walks through the door. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, clean, and well maintained. I was amazed that it didn't even smell like a dog daycare! That alone says so much about how well they care for the facility. Thank you, K9 Resorts, for treating Jojo like family. I wouldn't hesitate to trust you with him again and highly recommend you to anyone looking for exceptional care for their pets. BTW HE SLEPT REAL GOOD AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURE!!!
I'm very satisfied with the care my dog receives at this daycare! Everyone on the staff that I've encountered has been very friendly and professional. My dog loves spending time there and always comes home happy and tired. It's reassuring to know my dog is in a safe, clean, and fun environment when I drop her off. I definitely recommend K9 Resorts in Apex to anyone looking for a quality and well run doggie daycare.
Karlton Philip loves going to play, I think. The employees say he does very well and he's made friends. They are all very pleasant and welcoming. Im sure he would rather sit under me all day but whats better than playing all day and meeting new friends!
