Just fantastic! The team has great communication, are accommodating, and all around caring that my pup is having a great experience and being taken care of. They understand that our pets are an extension of family and treat their care as such, would recommend to anyone out of necessity or just for fun for your pup!
Macie and Bo had a great time! It was for 4 nights so I was a little nervous. The staff as always sent pictures and gave a wonderful update on how they were doing. It makes going away without them, so much easier. Very Happy with K9 resorts in Penfield!
Every visit we have to K9 resorts in Penfield for dog daycare and boarding is wonderful. My dogs are so excited when we pull up in front of the entrance. The staff is so friendly, knows both my name and my dogs names and they take the best care of my dogs while I’m away. They are organized, the facility is very clean and they are always so accommodating. I would highly recommend them.
Everyone has been very nice, and my dogs enjoy having a day where they can socialize with other dogs and people. I highly recommend K-9 Resorts and it’s also great to be able to drop my dogs off and go away feeling confident that they are well taken care of😊🦮🦮
Our friend "Teddy" has now stayed at K9=Resorts twice in the last month. They took very good care of him. He had plenty of play time with other dogs his size and the accommodations were safe, clean and comfortable. The staff are very professional, well educated and caring. I strongly recommend K9-Resorts to anyone who wants a safe, loving place for your pet to stay.
We love K9 Resorts! Loki goes two times a week and has stayed over night. He absolutely loves being there! He leaps out of the car and runs to the door with so much excitement! Everyone at K9 are caring, loving and so kind. They take great care of all the dogs!
I recommend K9 to everyone for boarding and daycare . Our dog boarded t there a few times one time he boarded 10 days. . I love how they play all day. The staff is amazing and so caring. They called while he was boarding to ask if they could add a topper to his food because he was playing all day and needed extra nutrition for energy. That made me feel so good and know they take such good care of them. They also sent me daily pictures of him and showed how much fun he was having. We know Brody loves it there . Thank you so much for taking such good care of our Brody! ❤️
My 2-year-old lab, Harper, LOVES coming to K9 resorts in Penfield for daycare! She practically drags me through the door in the morning- tail wagging and all, greeted by a warm, fun, professional staff that is clearly passionate about caring for dogs. The facility is clean and spacious. They provide safe socialization and lots of attention during playtime. The cute photos they text on special occasions and post on Facebook daily are a nice bonus! As a dog mom, there’s nothing more reassuring than knowing your pup is not only safe, but genuinely happy. Every dog is treated like family at K9!
This place is amazing! we had to board our one and a half year old American Staffordshire Terrier, Argo, for an overnight as our youngest daughter was graduating from college out of town. Typically, we would leave him with a family member for something like this, but all those that would normally watch him would also be attending the ceremonies. From the initial reservation and check-in process, we knew this was some special place. Argo had to spend a day there for evaluation to see how compatible he would be with the other dogs that may be boarded there during his stay, and from the moment we walked in, Argo was treated like he was a V.I.P. (very important puppy). The staff gave regular updates throughout the day via text messages accompanied by photos. The same was done during his overnight. He was given a private room, bed, t.v., one on one time with a staff member, and plenty of group playtime enrichment. If you ever have to board your family pet for "daycare, an overnight, or for extended periods, I highly recommend K9 Resorts. Argo was so happy when he was there.
We have been with K9 Greece and now K9 Penfield since the beginning. And we cannot say enough positive things about our experiences. Every staff member we have encountered have been entirely professional, enthusiastic, and supportive. Mike has gone above and beyond to make sure that our dogs have the best care possible. They have truly treated our dogs like family. We have highly recommended them to our friends and family and each one of them have had great experiences.
