Resort Terms and Conditions

Our Policies to Keep Everyone Safe and Happy

Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions, outlining important information about bookings, pet care requirements, fees, and cancellations. Understanding these helps us provide the best care and service for your pet’s stay.

Boarding Stays

Additional rates and minimum stay requirements may apply during high-demand periods.

Please contact us for specific pricing for your dates.

  • Late Checkout Fee: A late checkout fee may apply for pickups after 12:30 PM. Please ask for more details.
  • Belongings: You may bring a few of your dog's plastic or rubber toys, but we do not allow any bedding, blankets, or fabric items from home.
  • Required Bath: For dogs boarding two or more nights, a bath is required before checkout to ensure they go home clean.

Dog Health & Behavior

  • Behavior: For the safety of our staff, all boarding dogs must be 100% people-friendly. We reserve the right to refuse service based on a dog's temperament or health.
  • Group Play: Dogs must pass a daycare evaluation to participate in our daycare program and group play. A fee for this evaluation may apply.
  • Vaccinations: The following vaccinations are required and must be verified by a veterinarian's documentation: RabiesDistemper/Parvo, and Bordetella. The Canine Influenza vaccine is also required at most locations.

Deposits & Cancellations

  • Boarding: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation. In the event of a change or cancellation, this deposit will be issued as an in-store credit. A $200 cancellation fee will be charged for any peak season reservation canceled within 72 hours of check-in.
  • Daycare: No deposit is needed for daycare.  However, cancellations made within 72 hours of your reservation will be charged for the full day or one day will be deducted from your package.
