URGENT NOTICE – Dog Boarding and Daycare Services at K9 Resorts of Fairfield are

TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED!

Dear Valued Client, 

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to take this opportunity to provide you with an update on the status of K9 Resorts of Fairfield following the unfortunate smoke condition incident on April 20th, which resulted in the temporary suspension of services at our facility.

First and foremost, we want to express that your trust and loyalty mean the world to us
and we miss having you and your furry companions at our resort.

We are actively working with our landlord, insurance providers, and town officials to
assess the situation thoroughly and ensure that we can re-occupy the space as promptly as possible. Our team is diligently addressing all necessary steps to expedite the reopening process while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our clients and their pets.

In the meantime, we understand the importance of providing uninterrupted care for your beloved pets. We encourage you to utilize the services of our sister location, K9 Resorts of Fanwood and therefore:

If you have an upcoming reservation between now and June 16th: Your reservation has been seamlessly transferred to our sister location in Fanwood, NJ, located at 57 South Ave, Fanwood, NJ 07023. However, even though the reservation is transferred, we respectfully request that you confirm you would like to maintain this reservation at our Fanwood location as soon as possible.

If you are a doggie daycare customer: We do have limited capacity at our Fanwood, NJ location to accommodate you. We are accepting daycare guests, strictly with a reservation. Please call (908) 490-0808 and ask to speak to a manager.

If your reservation is after June 16th : We kindly ask you to call our Fanwood location at (908) 490-0808 and ask for a manager, as we have limited availability due to the approaching summer season. We are making every effort to accommodate as many reservations as possible, though we do hope to be re-opened at our Fairfield location no later than Monday, June 17th.
