I started going to K9 Resorts after a negative experience at another local boarding facility. I was mostly impressed by the cleanliness (it actually smells good!), the vet education/experience from all staff, and the rates were surprisingly quite affordable. I even got a welcome tour from the owner, and they gave me a gift bag! After an overnight, my dog came home smelling great and tired from a fun time playing. Truly a great experience. I won't go anywhere else now.

We love K9! Mia is always so happy there and the staff is beyond friendly. The facility is kept clean and it feels like you are dropping your pet off at a high end resort! She always comes home exhausted. They also always send photos which is great.

Our boys stayed with the K9 Resorts team over the holidays and had an amazing experience! It was our first time leaving them anywhere without us in quite a while, and the team went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and happy. They kept me updated on all the fun the boys were having, which gave us so much peace of mind. We chose the Luxury All-Inclusive Suite so they could stay together, and it was perfect—plenty of space for them to relax while still getting interactive playtime with the staff and other dogs. As someone who works in the veterinary field, I know how important it is to feel confident that your pets are truly cared for. K9 Resorts delivered that and more. We couldn’t be happier and will absolutely trust them again in the future!

K9 resorts was able to get me into an executive suite last minute and do an evaluation before our 1st stay. Most places would not take a 2 nite reservation during prime time for a 1st time customer. I was grateful for the flexibility and the great care Daphne received. Thank you!

I needed to find boarding for my dogs quickly after a house fire, and K9 Resorts was able to make accommodation for my pups very last minute. They took amazing care of them, they texted me updates (it’s literally the longest I’ve ever been without my dogs), they accommodated my uncertain pickup date, and were just overall extremely kind. Absolutely people I would trust to take care of them again any time, I can’t even express how much it meant to know my girls were safe and taken care of during such a stressful time. ❤️ I really can’t thank them enough.

K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel is exactly what it says it is - luxury. My dog had an amazing time here when he had to board him last minute, and the few times we took him to daycare. The staff is amazing and he loves it here! Will recommend them to anyone!

Our golden retriever Molly attended her first day today and had a blast! The staff are extremely kind and we had a quick tour of the gorgeous and very clean and well ventilated facility! We will definitely be back!

I've taken my puppy here 3 times now for a full day of care each time. She loves it there, playing with other dogs. This is a very nice, convenient daycare thats not overly expensive. She comes home exhausted from her fun filled day.

I took my 7 month old Spinone Italiano for day care He is a bit nervous when meeting people. The staff was very caring and took the time to let him warm up to them. He enjoyed playing with the other dogs. Was trotting up to the staff when I picked him up. The environment was clean. I received photos of him playing with the other dogs. This was his first time interacting with other dogs. I was very pleased with K9 Luxury Resort. Will definitely be back. The first visit was complimentary . They evaluated Tuscan to make sure he was a good fit to play with the other dogs. He was a tired dog from all the play. As the saying goes... a tired dog is a good dog!

Coming from a hospitality background, the staff and owners at K9 Resorts go above and beyond to exceed customer service expectations. They are kind, gentle and caring with our German Shephard. The facilities are immaculate, and staff is extremely pleasant to humans and furry pets. They share photos and updates which is appreciated. Highly recommend! SK

Our golden retriever and pit mix love it here. We now send them for day care in addition to boarding because they have a blast and are good and tired at the end of the day. The facility is well-run and clean. The staff are caring and great with our dogs and their varied play styles.

I boarded my puppy for 7 days, the longest he has been gone from home. He came back a happy camper. He enjoyed activities with other dogs which he doesn’t get a lot of at home. I highly recommend K9 Pet Hotel.

Megan & Mark were wonderful to work with! They came to our event at Stone Falls of Ada and really connected with our residents! You can tell they truly value what they do and I am excited to bring my dog Luke to their resort!

The team shared pictures of my pups. I was amazed to see my timid one cuddling up to one of the girls while playing. It really helped with the anxiety I feel leaving g them.

The rooms are nicer than some luxury hotels I've stayed in. We're going to trust our two pups with them for boarding. The staff is super friendly and have worked as vet techs.
