Pongo had his first day today. I was so excited a daycare opened so close to us! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. While Pongo was at play today they noticed that his urine was discolored and called me to tell me right away. I really appreciate the extra care and watchful eye on him while he is there. Makes me feel safe leaving him there. Thank you!

What a truly wonderful place K9 Resorts in Malvern is! 👏🏼From the incredible staff to their cute themed weeks is the best thing for our pup! We trust the K9 team with overnights, week and weekend trips or just a fun day of play! We highly recommend K9 for you and your dog needs! 💯

My pup loves going to k9 Resort whether it’s a play-day or boarding when I travel. He paws at the entrance cuz he can’t get in fast enough! He comes home tired & happy! The resort is very clean but they don’t take photos for you nor do they have a video feed. Most of the front desk staff are very friendly and happy to see my little guy. They are very careful about vaccinations so I’ve never worried about him getting sick from being there. He did catch a cold, vet said it was not Bortadella, so they asked that I keep him home until he got over it.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish from K9 Resorts! We had never been there before and it was the first time we were boarding our puppy. They offered to give us a tour of the resort which we appreciated. It was extremely clean and smelled nice. The staff was friendly and they answered all of our questions thoroughly. The dogs in daycare looked like they were having a great time as well! We decided to book our puppy for a week while we were out of town. The app is super user friendly and details the stay, leaving no questions about the reservation. The owner kept us updated on how he was doing and even sent us pictures of him playing with the other pups! When we picked him up he was happy and bathed already. We have comfort knowing that we have a place to board him that’s going to take great care of him when we have to go out of town. We’re also going to do some doggie day care just so he can play all day with his puppy friends! Thank you again to the entire staff for taking such great care of our boy! We appreciate you guys!

Coming from a hospitality background, the staff and owners at K9 Resorts go above and beyond to exceed customer service expectations. They are kind, gentle and caring with our German Shephard. The facilities are immaculate, and staff is extremely pleasant to humans and furry pets. They share photos and updates which is appreciated. Highly recommend! SK

We love K9 and our Berner Oliver loves it even more. We take Oliver mainly for when we go out of town, and he’s always excited to be with his dog friends and seems to love the staff also. The staff knows him well and they always share stories/photos about how he did during his stay. We highly recommend K9 Resort and trust them to keep caring for our furry baby whenever we are away.

If I could give them a 20 🌟 I would. Best daycare in S Fla. the place itself is spotless. And smells like a luxury hotel. I could board myself there. A TV in each private room . They probably have dog TV. Large spacious grass areas for pups to run and play and there always staff outside watching and indoor playing with all of them. Speaking of Staff. The best of the best. There professional yet friendly And oh so accommodating. They go out of their way to plan fun events and activities for the doggies. And they run and dress up and run and chase each around and they RUN. They come home exhausted and that’s saying a lot for my 7 month old Daisy 🌼 doodle. Lastly big bonus is they shoot videos and take pictures of all the dogs. I look for Daisy 🌼 all the time. I could go on and on about K9 Dog Resort but I’m running out of space. Be good to your dog and yourself sign up today and give your dog the life they deserve.

this is the first time we have had to board our 3 pups and not have family watch them, so we were particular. We were very impressed with the intake process, the in depth questions, and the options available. we chose a private room and private play, just because ours aren't regularly around other dogs so I wanted them to be as comfortable as possible. I loved that we could get them treats and pup cups as well. The place is immaculate and beautiful and looks like a luxury hotel, as well as secure. Our pups came home well cared for and smelling fresh!!

This place is the best! Friendly dog loving staff. Always super clean. My dog knows when we are pulling into their parking lot and can't wait to see her furry friends. Highly recommended for doggy day care and boarding.

From the first day Sadie went to day care she loved it! ALL the staff are so loving, kind and gentle with her. The first time we boarded her for several days I think I was more a wreck than Sadie, we checked social media every day and saw how happy she was with all her tail wagging friends and not to mention THE STAFF GOES BEYOND TO LOVE AND CARE FOR THEM! Now when we take Sadie she runs can’t wait to play, she loves everyone so much! We are very thankful for K9 pet resort❤️

We are new to K9 resorts luxury pet hotel, but so far are very pleased with the owner, Deb, the front line staff, and the facilities. Deb took her time to learn about our dog, provided recommendations, and assured me there was a place for him at K9 resorts. Our dog had a great time at his complimentary evaluation, and the staff was very helpful. They were kind, and checked in with me during the day to tell me how our dog was doing. We look forward to using them soon for doggy daycare and pet boarding. The facility is immaculate, and they have several options for pet boarding. 5 stars!

I brought my dog Benny in for an evaluation for daycare. I had a very pleasant experience with all staff there. Tori went above and beyond to give me a full tour of the facility and show the different options they have for overnight care if I ever needed it. Overall, a great place with excellent, knowledgeable staff. I trust them to care for my dog anytime.

Our dog have yet to stay here. They have an evaluation scheduled to ensure the facility is a good fit for them. This review is based off the customer service we have received since inquiring about their services. I have to say this facility and their team have been amazing. From the start, they have been professional. They were non judgmental when I stated that my boy cannot be around other animals. They totally understood. They have a more private play area for these type of animals and sound proof rooms. My dogs have not been boarded in at least 4-5 years and I am nervous about it. K9's team did not make me feel crazy for having so many worries. They understood me. We had a tour and when we arrived we were greeted with smiles and a "doggie bag" filled with brochures of information. The facility is clean. When you walk in you are hit with fresh smells. Not stinky animal smells. Its as if you are walking into a hotel. When we took the tour I could not find anything wrong or out of place. I am not an easy person to impress and I was impressed. The sound proof room area looks as though it is a legit fancy hotel. You are getting what you pay for at this facility. They contact your vet for shot records so you do not have to which is one less thing to worry about. The more I speak with the facility team the more comfortable I become. After the eval I will update the review but so far I could not be more impressed.

The welcome, the smell and the smiles!!! I absolutely love this place. Everyone was wonderful. I felt completely at ease leaving my 9 month old Maltipoo for a long weekend with these pros! I think I'll decline on the bath next time, though. Journey only had one matted area when I dropped him off but came home with several. Nonetheless, five stars. All the major areas of concern were prioritized and everything was seamless from start to finish. 💕

My 4 year old lab has been going to K9 for over a year for doggie day care. He has alot of energy and this is a great way to wear him out and socialize him. He waits in the morning to see if I am getting ready to take him, barks excitedly the whole way there and then comes home happy and worn out! We both love it! The staff is wonderful and truly love your pet. Can't say enough good things... we love this place!!

We are so glad we found this place after a bad experience at wags in Carson, California. We are so grateful to actually feel comfortable and at ease knowing that Teddy our goldendoodle is in good hands. He’s always so excited to go to daycare and everyone that works there so kind to him. They are very efficient and the location is gorgeous. It’s literally a four star hotel for dogs.

I finally found the best daycare and boarding for my fur baby. Winston can't get enough of this place and I can honestly say the staff is hands down the best. They love him and he also loves going to see all his friends. Highly highly reccomend.

My 2 boys spent 3 weeks at K9 resort. What a nice experience. They kept me informed about their status via photos and text/calls as needed. And both boys are home and we are all happy about the care rendered at the resort. It’s nice to be away and know your”kids” are safe and well tended to. I met Cheryl, one of the Owners, at a street fair in Wilmington last fall. She was and is so very enthusiastic for the way the business model works with and loves all of their animals. The environment is happy and bright and beautiful. The boarding areas and daycare areas are very clean, healthy and accommodate every need! My little Snowball enjoys the daycare and the inside and outside protected space. It just flows! It is a great place :)

We just moved across the country to Arizona and our pup needed time with other pups (11 days of being on the road is a lot). Having K9 Resorts nearby was amazing! They were so wonderful and friendly, and our pup left happy (and thoroughly worn out). We are excited to have found a place that we are comfortable bringing our dog to for both daycare and boarding!
