I can’t say enough great things about K9 Resorts. Our 2yr old Mountain Cur attends daycare three days a week and has the time of his life! He is so excited to go see his friends and spend the day doing a variety of activities. The staff is fabulous, creating an enriched environment each wk. We also use K9 resorts for boarding. While traveling, the staff sent pictures and updates. It was wonderful to see him enjoying his time while we were gone. Honestly, knowing our boy was in such good hands; priceless!

I wanted to share the wonderful experience my Doberman, Stella, and I have had with The K9 Team over the past month. As I prepared for knee surgery, I needed a daycare and boarding facility I could truly trust with my girl. From the very beginning, The K9 Team welcomed Stella with such warmth and care, providing exceptional overnight boarding and daycare support throughout my recovery. Knowing Stella was safe, happy, loved, and so well cared for gave me tremendous peace of mind during a challenging time. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine affection the staff showed her each day truly meant the world to me. I especially appreciated the thoughtful updates, adorable photos, and consistent communication—they always made me smile and reassured me that Stella was thriving. The staff did an amazing job helping Stella feel comfortable and integrated into the program, making sure she had plenty of exercise, socialization, and attention. The photos—from special events to everyday playtime—have been absolutely priceless. It’s so clear how much she loves her four-legged friends and the wonderful people at the center who care for her like family. I truly could not be happier with the experience we’ve had, and I wholeheartedly recommend The K9 Team to anyone looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and trustworthy dog care facility.

This place and the staff are the absolute best. I have 2 dogs, one of which has anxieties and medication needs. The team at K9 is super caring and knowledgeable and they seem to genuinely love my dogs. Both of them sprint towards the door when it’s time for their visit. I can’t recommend this place enough! It makes me happy knowing they will receive great care when I’m away or even just at work. It takes a huge load off!

I highly recommend k9 resorts Hilliard! My dog goes absolutely nuts when I tell her she gets to go to day care! And when I pick her up she’s exhausted and ready to relax. Just do it! Your pup will love you for it.

I've been with K9 resorts since they opened!! This is an awesome facility!! It's so clean!! and Brand new!! Lots of room for the dogs to play!! What makes this place great is the kindness of the staff!! Everyone I've encountered is kind and cares about your pet!! My Holly is 6 months old and rushes to the door each time we arrive!! The team provides updates and send pics if you request them!! They have lots of cool activities for the dogs. I'm not concerned about leaving her there for the day while I work. Communication with the team is transparent! I appreciate that so much! They have so many package offerings and boarding options too for you to choose from. They have indoor and outdoor play spaces that are very secure!! They have an app for scheduling or you can call or use their website!! I had a leather leash that needed repaired and Zac took care of it for me!! So kind!! Call for a tour and check it out!! I highly recommend K9 Resorts!! Many Thanks from Holly too!!
