My dogs become ecstatic when I say the word k9. They love the facility and run to go into the car. They are exuberant and over the top in the car knowing they are going to daycare. The car ride home is amazing they are sound asleep. I trust them with my babies 💕
Waffle is well taken care of at k9 in Hillsborough! Waffle enjoy daycare and bothering with his k9 family!
Staff is very professional, always greeting their little friends with a positive attitude. Our American Cocker Spaniel enjoy her time there. We got the unlimited daycare package which is more cost-effective since no reservation is required.
They are wonderful with the dogs. My dog Teddy Bear can't wait to get out of the car to meet and play with his dog buddies and the staff. I was afraid that after having walking problems, I wouldn't be able to get Teddy some good exercise. I have a dog walker three day a week. Then K9 Dog Spa opened and Teddy loves it. I am also able to stay in the car and have someone come out to bring Teddy in and bring him out later.That's been a blessing for me.
We love the team at K9. They take such good care of our Leo. The place is immaculate, the staff is very professional. Our golden doodle Leo, has been going there since they opened.. Luca, Stacey and the team are very invested in the safety, well being and happiness of the dogs and pet parents. They provide constant updates and Leo always comes back very happy.. and always eager to jump back into the car if we tell him he is going to ‘school’!!
K9 Resort in Hillsborough is hands down the best doggie daycare available. They work to meet your dog’s needs and are always friendly and acommodating. We are so lucky!
Our 7 month old Doberman has an unlimited amount of energy without knowing her "off" switch. The staff constantly monitors her to make sure she has breaks for her own well being. That alone tells me a ton about this place. Most daycares will just let the dogs run and only get involved if there's an issue. K9 Resorts' attentive staff genuinely care about your dog and want to make sure they're happy and tired at the end of the day! More importantly they're super excited every time our pup arrives and want to come say hi to her!
My girl loves it here! I board with K9 resorts every year when we go on vacation, as well as use their daycare services sporadically throughout the year. The staff is the best -hands down. Always welcoming upon arrival, photo updates, phone calls & emails also put us at ease while traveling. As soon as we pull into the lot, Athena ( shepherd- malinois mix) goes crazy. And, as if that’s not proof she loves it, as soon as we’re in the lobby, she goes straight for the door to be escorted back to daycare. They understand that we are trusting them with our family member and I would not have it any other way!!!!!❤️
What stands out the most to me is the professionalism, cleanliness of the facility, and the way the team treats every dog like family. Knowing that while I’m at work, my dog is in a safe, caring, and fun environment gives me peace of mind.
Our dog loves it here and that’s all I need to know he gets very excited when we arrive and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming and he comes home With a fresh bath and so tired from all his fun playtime
Belle & Jasmine were treated with love and kindness. We boarded them for 10 days and we had no worries. We were provided with daily updates along with pictures of our babies!K9 Resorts is a stellar home away from home for our fur babies. 🫶🌟❤️💗
My experience with K9 Resorts, Hillsborough, New Jersey, has been stellar. We recently boarded our two pups (1 year old, and 10 months old) for 3 weeks. This was their first stay outside home and we were naturally apprehensive about how they would handle being away from family and staying at a totally new place for 3 weeks. However, we had no reason to worry. We are very impressed about the high quality care and individualized attention our pups received. We were traveling abroad, and were so happy to get the regular updates from K9 with photos about how our pups were doing, what they ate and everything they did. We were very grateful for this because one of our pups is a very picky eater. The staff went that extra mile to make sure both our pups ate well, got plenty of individual playtime and rest. Not to mention the meticulously clean facility and the caring and cheerful staff. We found the perfect place and the best fit for our dogs. Highly recommend K9, Hillsborough, for any pet parent looking for the best home away from home.
I have been bringing our Bentley there since they opened and the staff is so wonderful. From the first day they loved Bentley like he was their own and I can feel comfortable knowing that he is in good hands when he’s there. It’s always nice to know they care for him as much as we do. I recommend K9 to everyone and anyone we tell gives the same response of how kind and professional the staff is. I love the K9 app and they send email updates when he spends the night. It’s our 2nd home 🏡.
My dog Jackson stayed here for 5 days. When boarding elsewhere, he will refuse to eat. The staff at K9 Resorts would feed him by hand. They also took great care when bathing him, making sure water didn't go into his ears, which had recently been medicated. Their services are expensive, but you really get your money's worth. They'd also email photos of Jackson to me periodically, which really made my day.
