The staff are always very nice and respectful. Our dogs love going here! They do a great job, keep all dogs safe, and are reasonably priced.

I’ve been bringing my Great Dane, Dolly, to K9 Resorts for years, and now my new puppy, Jett, whenever I’m away on biz trips or vacation. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the facility and staff. They are always welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely caring, giving me complete peace of mind that my dogs are in great hands. It’s clear they truly love and care for the pets they look after. I highly recommend K9 Resorts to anyone looking for a trustworthy, safe, and caring place to board their dogs.

The check in and customer service has, overall, been very good. They've been accommodating for our 5 dogs each time that we've needed it. However, we try to reserve well in advance of our travel. The price is on the upscale side, because you're paying for services, space, and quality.

Our two dogs go to K9 for full-day daycare several times a week, and they absolutely love it! They always come home happy and tired from a fun day of play. I’m so impressed by how clean the facility is, how happy all the dogs look, and how well-staffed everything is, which keeps wait times short and drop-off/pick-up easy. The staff is incredibly friendly and clearly loves the dogs. They even know each pup by name! We also love the photo updates and the special activities they do for prom, holidays, and other fun events. It’s clear they put a lot of care and creativity into making daycare a great experience for the dogs and their families. Highly recommend K9 to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and loving daycare for their dogs!

Buddy and Nana had a wonderful boarding stay at Deerfield K9 Resort! The staff was so caring, friendly, and attentive, and we felt completely comfortable leaving our pups there. They came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Thank you for treating them like family. we’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely LOVED our experience boarding our grand-dog Norman Bates here over Memorial Day weekend! Coby and the staff took such great care of him! We could tell Norman loooooved it too by the big ol NAP he took when he got home! This was Norman’s first experience with day care or boarding. The staff kept us up to date on Norman was adapting to being with dogs. He found his groove and some doggie friends too! Hopefully next time that other cute Bassett will be there for him to play with!

The facility is immaculate and the staff is outstanding. I have a 5 lb yorkie and she loves going to daycare. She has also stayed overnight for 9 nights. The price is extremely reasonable for the great service you receive. I would highly recommend K9 Resort.

Great service and pricing. I appreciate that your dogs get to join daycare and play while boarding. I definitely recommend using them! My only complaint is that the report card messages feel a bit generic and AI generated (although this may be a new feature they're still testing). It would be nice if they felt a little more personal and thoughtful.

Our first boarding experience was amazing for us humans and our pup. We are those helicopter parents but the Staff was so kind and gave us updates when we would call. Our pup was picked up happy. We are so greatful Timmy was well taken care of.

I cannot emphasize a 5 star rating enough. We had to board our 11 month old Great Dane with late notice for our two week trip. He had never boarded before and we were very nervous for how he would react. The staff gave extra attention to him, provided constant updates and pictures, and went so far above and beyond to ensure we could relax and enjoy our trip. Richard in particular did such a phenomenal job getting our dog comfortable and making sure he had the most enjoyable stay possible.

We absolutely love K9 and could not recommend it more. The staff is amazing; so caring, personal, and attentive. Our dog clearly adores them and is always happiest sitting right up front with the staff whenever she can. It’s obvious how much love and attention all the dogs receive. What means the most to us is that she’s not just being “watched” while we’re away; she’s genuinely enjoying herself. She gets to attend daycare, socialize, and stay active, which is so important to us. Honestly, it feels like a mini vacation for her too! Because of the wonderful care she receives, we never feel guilty leaving her when we travel because we know she’s happy, comfortable, and in the best hands possible. The peace of mind this place gives us is priceless, and we are so grateful for the incredible staff.

I have used K-9 resort a few years ago for my pets Roscoe and peanut who has since. Crossed the rainbow bridge. They was well taken care of during their boarding. My first time boarding a dog was Lexi in 2013 when her parents got married, but I was in a smaller building. This time I boarded Luke my dog. I would recommend someone to this facility if they need to board their dog. Place from what I can see is very clean and well kept, which is one of my pet peeves.

This was my dog’s third time staying with K9 Resorts. They always take amazing care of him and send report cards with updates. They called me to let me know he wasnt eating his breakfast and requested to add wet food. They definitely were keeping a good eye out for him and he loves the staff!

Our dog had a terrific time while boarding at K9 Resorts in Emerson! They shared videos so you could see our pup while being away! We are very happy with leaving our dog in the hands of this great staff! The Dunn's

K9 Resorts has been exceptionally grrrrr8 in caring for our Shi Tzu "Dr. Stormy Herbert" ( follow Dr. Stormy on FB). Stormy has been with K9 since the Grand Opening/ Opening, & it has been a fantabulous journey with K9 taking care of Stormy. Everyone loves Stormy, & he loves & knows where he is going upon arrival. Thx a million K9 ❤️

We absolutely love K-9 Resort! We take our white lab, Daisy, there daily for daycare, and she gets so excited every single time we pull up. It’s obvious how much she loves being there and how well she’s cared for. The staff is incredible — they truly treat every dog like family. Daisy has made so many friends, and the team goes above and beyond by giving treats, taking adorable pictures, dressing the dogs up for holidays and special occasions, and sharing fun updates on social media. It’s such a joy seeing how happy the dogs are. One thing that really stands out is how clean the facility always is. We’ve been to other dog daycares before, and none compare. Daisy always comes home smelling clean and happy. The staff also pays attention to every little detail — if Daisy has even the smallest scratch or bump, they immediately let us know and keep us updated. As pet parents, that level of care and communication means everything to us. We are beyond happy with the service and so grateful to have found a place where Daisy is genuinely loved and so well taken care of. Highly recommend!

K9 is a very trustworthy boarding for your dog. Staff is excellent! They did all the extras we asked for. Tucker was very well taken care of and enjoyed daycare during his stay too. Price may seem high but you cant beat the care. Highly recommend.

Nesta has been boarding ar K9 since they opened in Deerfield last year. She’s always greeted by an attendant that’s happy to see her and she’s excited to go with them. We receive fun photos of her showing the good time she’s having. They give us confidence that Nesta is well taken care of and is in the good hands of K-9 Resorts.

The team is attentive, professional, and always willing to answer questions or provide updates. You can tell they have a genuine passion for what they do, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing my puppy Grace is always in such great hands. The facility is clean, organized, and has a warm atmosphere. I would not go anywhere else! We love you all
