We recently celebrated our Dolly's first Gotcha Day anniversary. K9 Resorts Malvern and the fantastic staff has played a huge role in helping Dolly come out of her shell and adjust to her new life with us over this past first year. Dolly regularly comes to small daycare and engages with the staff and other dogs. Usually Kelly or Aiden are at the front desk when we arrive for drop off and they always welcome Dolly with open arms and excitement when she rounds the corner to greet them. When we arrive to pick up Dolly, Emma, Maddie or Taryn are always there to greet us. They are always forthcoming with fun updates and pictures about Dolly's day and how she continues to come out of her shell with the staff and the dogs. We are so thankful for all of this great attention for Dolly. It goes without saying that it truly rests our mind at ease when she's welcomed so genuinely and affectionately. Thank you for all that you do for our Dolly. Keep up the fantastic work. K9 Resorts Malvern is TOP NOTCH.

Cannot say enough good things about K9 resorts. They were recommended by our vet and my kids go to Goldfish Swim. Our rescue pup has her special idiosyncrasies but all the staff have been so understanding and welcoming to her. The manager, Kelly, is especially amazing and has always been so accommodating to our pup's needs. They truly are so compassionate and you can tell how much they love the doggies as their own. Aside from the wonderful customer service, their prices are beyond fair. We have toured several other daycares for both boarding and regular day drop offs, K9 resorts by far outweighed the others in our opinion.

We were in the area for an event, and we wanted to take our dog with us. However, she can be a handful. She regularly attends a K9 Resort closer to our house, so we figured we would give this location a shot. We are so glad that we did. Coco was well taken care of, and we can tell from the report that we got that they really got to know her goofy personality during her day there. We will definitely be bringing her back next time we are in the area. Thank you so much for taking care of our crazy Coco!

Our furbabies were on vacation here while my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday! They are always excited and happy when they see the building and they are always well taken care of! I appreciate that not only are the desk staff always polite, professional, and personable but they always remember my husband and I as well as our furbabies! They can always tell us how their stay went. This is the only place we trust to care for them when we are away!!

It's unlikely that you'll ever find someone who loves your pet as much as you do -- but the crew at K9 Resorts in Malvern certainly comes close! I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff is. They are so kind, always willing to answer questions, and are true dog lovers who will happily share in the laughs over your quirky doggos and puppers. The activities they plan and their social media presence goes above and beyond! Our last dog had a seizure while at daycare and they handled it like the true professionals they are - they rushed him to the emergency vet, waited with me, and followed up several times to check in on him. I can't say enough about this wonderful staff, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for boarding or daycare! Your dog will be in the best hands!

My Rosie really enjoys going to play with all her friends. She’s a shy girl but they all made her feel welcome. And as the owner of Malvern Grooms dog grooming I am pretty picky when it comes to my baby Rosie. I definitely recommend K-9 Resorts. Everyone there is so nice and friendly too.

Our 2 dogs Renny & Missy are always taken very good care of when they stay at your facility. They come home, happy and healthy and I can’t ask for more than that. Love the pictures so much and this time there were several. That means a lot to us! Debbie and Bill

Our newest edition to our family, Bailey, was brought in for an evaluation. We had to give them all the veterinary documentation ahead of time and scheduled an appointment with K9. He did extremely well and now we signed Bailey up for daycare. We are very happy. K9’s has great customer service and the staff are professional. The facility is also kept very clean and very spacious for our small dog to play around.

This is the first time I ever took my puppies to a pet resort and I made an excellent choice. This place is excellent. When you walk Into the entrance, it is very nice and pleasant. The staff is awesome. Five star rating. I recommend anybody who wants to top or not boarding or pet resort location take this place. You can’t go wrong. I will use them for as long as I have my puppies

Our pup loves her day care days! She can’t get out of the car fast enough when we pull into the lot. The staff ate so friendly and welcoming. It’s so great to know our pup is safe, secure and happy when we leave her. I highly recommend K9 Resorts Malvern to anyone looking for pet care.
