My dog had such a wonderful experience at K9 Resort in Middletown! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I could tell he was well cared for. He came home happy, tired, and clearly got all his energy out. I’m so glad we decided to bring him — we’ll definitely be back!

Our dogs absolutely love it here! The staff and the facility are amazing. As soon as we pull up our Bernadoodle cannot wait to get inside and play. Our other dog is a little older and he loves it as well. I absolutely recommend K9 Middletown!

I decided to move my dog Lily to K9 Resorts because she kept getting sick at her old daycare. This place is clean and amazing and my baby hasn’t been sick once! Love the staff and Lily definitely loves her time there!

We would leave 10 stars if it allowed us to. Leaving our dog behind while going on vacation is never easy. It’s hard to relax on a cruise when you imagine your pup locked in a cage all day. K9 Resorts completely changed that for us—they make us feel like our dog is on vacation too! They truly take the stress out of traveling. The facility is spotless and modern, and the sleeping areas for the dogs are exceptionally clean. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Before finding K9 Resorts, we had a terrible experience at another boarding facility (I won’t name them). They labeled our dog as “not social” and kept her in a cage for 7 days/nights, except for bathroom breaks. It took two weeks for her to return to her normal self, which made us wonder what really happened there. We knew we couldn’t take her back, so we searched for a better option—and K9 Resorts was by far the best. During Mara’s evaluation, they had her playing with other dogs all day. When we picked her up, she looked happy, energetic, and youthful. She was so thrilled that we now use K9 Resorts for overnight boarding when we travel and even bring her in for daycare a couple of times a week! We visited four other boarding facilities during our search. None of them came close to K9 Resorts. Three were priced similarly, but none matched the cleanliness, professionalism, and quality of care we found here. Most importantly, K9 Resorts offers all-day playtime, and the staff truly loves animals—which means everything to us. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Highly recommend K9 Resorts to anyone who wants peace of mind and a happy, well-cared-for dog!

To say I am thankful for K9 Middletown and the staff is an understatement. I brought Koa in for his daycare evaluation and knew that day it was the right choice. The team was warm,welcoming and excited to introduce Koa to his new pals. From then on they ALWAYS greet Koa with open arms and so much love. I feel at ease working longer days knowing that he is taken care of as if he was one of their own. I like that they have the indoor/outdoor play areas and always have fun things planned for the pups like prom,Halloween costume contests and pool parties in the summer.Daily pictures can be seen on their IG page. The store is always spotless and smells so good. If you are looking for a safe,clean, fun place for your fur baby, K9 Middletown is top dog! Thank you guys for ALL you do! We love K9 Resorts in Middletown so much! Only place we trust to board our dog Nava. They go out of their way to make sure all dogs are happy, safe, & clean. They are simply the best! They even call to notify us if she has a scratch, doesn’t feel well, or is not acting like herself. They love & care for her as if she is their own. Most of the time she doesn’t want to leave!

Our dog absolutely loves coming here for daycare and boarding! He is so excited when I drop him off and the staff are always equally as excited to see him. It’s obvious how much they love working here and how much they love all the pets that come. The boarding accommodations are great - clean, big and modern. I love that our dog has access to outside play areas as well.

K9 Resorts is cream of the crop!!! Bosco has been in doggy daycare twice a week since he was a puppy and he’s now 3 years old! We never have to worry when we put him in overnight as the staff is so kind, accommodating and caring. The facility is always clean and Bosco cannot wait to get out of the car whenever we pull up! 10/10 always.

Absolutely love this place! I bring my dog here every week and she loves it. The staff is amazing and so welcoming. You can tell they truly love the dogs. Highly recommmend!

This was our first experience with “doggie daycare” and Sadie loved it! There was an evaluation on her first day with a report card and pictures of Sadie playing with the other pups! I would definitely recommend k9 Resorts in Middletown!!!

Marley loves going there. As soon as we are in your parking lot she knows where she is. She loves playing with the other dogs.

My daughter's job has taken her overseas for 6 months. Her pup came to live with me, and at her request to keep her in the routine of going to daycare, I found K9 resorts. What a wonderful place! She loves going and the staff is phenomenal. I recommend K9 conpletely.

Our dog is always happy to be at k9 whether as a boarder or daycare. This past stay she had her collar on since she was recently spayed. K9 made sure she had her last days of antibiotics and continued to heal nicely. We definitely see the love

We want our fur baby Zoe to mingle with the other dogs. When we entered, the staff was extremely welcoming. I told them I’d like to see the premises and know how the daley schedule went for Dogs. They were extremely accommodating and showed me all of the different rooms they had for the dogs and hours of play and hours of feeding, etc.. The facility was very clean. I observed all the dogs outside together at play and there was no fighting between the dogs. The staff Was outside with them to make sure they were behaving well with each other. We are definitely taking Zoe back again at least once every week or two so she can have playtime and get used to the facility. That way we can travel and know that she’s safe. They also take videos and will send me at my request.

Everyone is so helpful and are very caring to all the dogs . I received pictures personally by text when away of Ozone , as well as being able to see him on the Facebook page. Made my vacation so much better knowing he was well taking care of and looked so happy. I didn’t think he would want to come home. Great place definitely recommend.

So grateful to have found this place and shout out to the greatest staff. The ladies in the front were so patient with us and all of our silly questions. They treated my puppy like royalty and gave me updates and sent pictures without me even asking! I had kept my dog there for boarding for the first time for a couple days and requested individual play and my dog absolutely loved it. Would recommend this place to everyone and want to say thank you so so so much to the staff for treating my dog with so much love and care. I will 1000% be coming back for future boarding and to try the day care they offer.

We are so happy to join the K9 family! From initial inquiry to our trial day and now to us purchasing a day care package we are just so impressed with this entire team. Managers Shantae & Jordan, and the rest of the team are kind, professional and most importantly care about the dogs that come in. I was so nervous dropping my pup off but could not be happier with how much he enjoyed his new friends- he has never been this social!

We had our first long-term boarding experience while on vacation and K9 Resorts made it all so comfortable. Daily pictures on instagram and an extremely happy pup upon return showed us he was treated right! The staff is all extremely kind and the facility is extremely clean. We will be taking him back for daycare just to hang with the awesome staff and friends!

This was my 1st experience at K9 Resorts. The place is very clean, and they pride themselves with state of the art purification systems so the air is fresh. Shauntee was the one working with us, and she was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I was anxious like any pet owner to leave my dog at a place for the 1st time , but with K9 the services were top notch. I was going on vacation for a week. Each person I spoke to were friendly, and the tour of the place was thorough and helpful. A pet evaluation was also conducted to make sure your dog fits in to the right day care group. I was told I could call anytime, and I called once a day to check on my dog. I thought I would need to call twice, but my dog was doing so well I didn’t need to! When I did call, I was greeted kindly, and they checked on him. My dog ate well and was taken care of by professionals. Also, they take pictures of your dog. This is one of best features they have! Any time I felt like I missed him I was able to receive pictures of him through Instagram or cellphone to let me know he was okay. This made smile to see him happy. I would highly recommend going to K9 resorts. My dog had the time of his life.
