From every phone call, the initial visit, and our dogs first stay, the staff were wonderful. Our dogs have bad separation anxiety and don’t do well with other dogs. We tried several boarding facilities across the area and our dogs would be miserable for days after picking them up. K9 Pet Resort is the first time that we have picked up our pups and they weren’t stressed out. The private room and one-on-one attention has been a game changer. The facility is so clean and the staff is excellent. I would highly recommend them!

K9 Resorts truly lives up to its name. We have been taking our 4.6 pound little guy here for a little over a year now. He loves it and so do we! It feels like checking into a luxury hotel for dogs- clean, well-lit, welcoming and it smells great. It's nice to be greeted by genuinely friendly staff, and we know he will be well cared for. When we go on vacation, our dog gets a little vacation of his own while we're gone. We also opt for the daily reports and love the emailed updates and pictures.

For two years we have been taking our Belgian Malinois and Germans Shepherd. Our recent trip caused us to have to extend the stay and the team was so concerned about our safety and told us to not worry and reschedule pick up and took care of them. The whole Family loves it here!

We love taking our dogs here! We originally went to the ones in NJ when we lived there and were thrilled when we moved to the KC area to find out they had a new location in OP. We took our first dog there and he always loved going and they treated him amazing. Now, our current dog also goes there and also loves this place. She sprints to the door and is so excited when we pull up. Their facility is so nice and we haven’t had any issues since using them. We have used both the daycare and overnight services. Would highly recommend if you are near OP and want to send your pups to a little luxury hotel while out of town.

K9 Pet Resort’s staff and facility are amazing! Unlike any other dog boarding or day care, it begins when you enter. The “crystal” Chandelier, the marble countertops, the bright and welcoming atmosphere, and friendly faces, reassure pet parents their furry friend will be well cared for! Did I mention how good it smells? No offensive wet pet smells allowed. Most importantly your pet will be safe and loved in their home away from home. It may be pricey, but what is your pet’s care worth? I’d say priceless!

We LOVE K9 Resorts!! Our three dogs absolutely love it there, they start getting excited about a mile out because they know where they are going!. The staff is always amazing, and they are always excited to see the “triplets”. My only request would be a more consistent loyalty program for customers that use K9 as regularly as we do, especially with multiple animals. Keep up the great work!!

K9 Resorts has been great. We have used them since shortly after they opened in 2022 and now don’t go anywhere else. Our dog is so excited to go there — jumps out of the car and pulls on the leash to get there. Staff is friendly and takes great care of the pets. Great value for the money.

Our dog Poppy is a rescue and didn’t have a very good life until we adopted her. I trust K9 with her care. They feed her per our instructions which includes green bean Hills Science, at each feeding along with warm water and dog cookies of course. Poppy always comes home calm and happy. She enjoys playing with the other big dogs. I love that K9 also sends pictures of her plus an update while she boards there. I rate K9 an “A” for their care of our dog!

We tried K9 Resorts this year when we needed to board our aging Yellow Lab (11 years old), who needs some extra loving attention due to fear of storms. We were so happy with our experience. Checkin was easy. The care team paid attention to our dogs needs and instructions. The facility is clean. Daily photos of our dog really helped us not worry about how she was doing. The best was that there was no anxiety and depression shown by our dog once we got her home, which has happened at other places. So we know she was comfortable at K9 Resorts while we were gone. It’s a bit more expensive, but our dog doing so well made the price worth it. Thanks so much.

We take our border collie mix to both daycare and for overnight stays when we are out of town. Zoey loves the activity of playing with the other dogs. The staff has been very helpful and professional in making sure our dog gets the right mix of food and the proper care while she is in their hands. I have found no other dog boarding facility to be as well equipped and as professional as K9 Dog Resorts. They are first class!

sunny, Our 80 pound chocolate lab absolutely loves K9 Resorts. She recently stayed for eight days in the luxury suite with our little 5 pound dog Bentley. It was their first time boarding together and they did fantastic. We love the care that K9 resorts gives to our dogs. We love the report cards and know that they are in good hands.

We have left our elderly dogs with K9 resorts multiple times. The staff s kind and patient. Out dogs always come back happy, healthy and can tell they were very well cared for. We also appreciated the daily report cards while we were gone. Highly recommend for dog boarding or daycare!!

I felt very confident boarding my fur baby at K9 Resorts, everyone who works there made me feel confident my dog would be in good hands while I traveled. The whole process was positive, and they were always patient when I had questions or called for updates. Definitely recommend their services!

Our little girl gets so excited to go to K-9 Resort! She loves playing with her little friends and we love seeing the many photos K-9 sends us each visit in her Report Card. I am particularly grateful to the front desk in helping us in emergencies. Great people!

My dog absolutely loves going to K9. He loves playing with his dog friends and getting all of the attention from staff. We use them for both daycare and boarding.

My pup Ruby is always excited when she sees we are at K9-Resort. She is greeted with smiles and lots of love from the staff and comes home tired from playing! I appreciate their care and kindness

K9 Lux Resort has been so great for boarding our pup, Millie! As first time dog owners, it’s hard to leave our girl for an extended period of time with people that isn’t family, but we are always put to ease when we receive updates of Millie playing with her other doggie friends. :) She always seems excited to head back to the daycare area and has a smile at pick up. The facility always appears clean. The employees greet us with a warm welcome each time, and they always answer our questions to satisfaction.

My pups love going there. They get so excited they scream for joy and jump up and down in the car when we pull into the parking lot (husky's). Everyone who works there is very friendly. They help me by coming and getting the pups out of the car and when I pick up, they bring them to the car. The facility is very clean. Each month they have different activities scheduled. Today, they had bacon flavored bubble day. They spoil your fur babies! It is wonderful to go on vacation knowing Stella and Bella are well taken care of and having a blast! It’s their own vacation. I highly recommend them. Again, everyone there is extremely helpful and friendly.

We have been taking our puggle, Peggy, to K9 Resort for daycare and boarding since October 2023. Peggy squeals with excitement when we ask if she wants to go. She recognizes the building as soon as we pull into the parking lot and leaves us like a bad habit when we enter the door, without even a look back. Doesn't matter if we are boarding her for 10 days or picking her up after a full day of daycare, Peggy leaves the place even happier than when she got there. It is evident that she had a wonderful time! The staff greets her by name and is just as happy to see her as she is to see them! They occasionally have theme days. Recently we were thrilled when she came home from daycare with "Fitness Day" photos.

I’ve used K9 for 3 years. They are fantastic to my dogs! When I lost one they sent me a wonderful card. Every person there love the dogs and the dogs love them. I recommend them for day care and boarding.
