I had to board my 3 labs while contractors were working on my house, 5 stars is not enough for this place. The facility was immaculate, the staff was very accommodating & friendly. During their stay I stopped in on a few occasions and observed them at their daycare, they were playing with others and was very happy. Again thank you so much for taking care of my kids!!!!!!!!
They are absolutely incredible! We’ve left our dogs here before and they had an excellent time! We decided to leave them here again for the holidays while we decided to visit family. After a political issue, we were stuck. I called K9 asap and they responded asap, I mentioned our situation and within minutes they helped us and eased our minds over our beloved dogs. They were so flexible, kind, and helpful I couldn’t recommend them more! Make sure to check their Facebook page daily so you can get picture updates of the dogs! Its so cute! Thank you K9 Resorts! We will be coming back :)
My dog Duke really enjoyed his 6 day stay at K9 Resorts especially the play time with other dogs his size. Duke has always wanted to be the leader of a pack. For 6 days, he could pretend to be the leader of his play group and he totally enjoyed the play time.
My dogs love K-9 Resort and therefore, I do as well. Top-tier service is provided. My dogs enjoy the schedule that includes lots of activity with other guests, which mine really enjoy. They never come home sick or stressed. I highly recommend this resort for your fur babies.
We boarded our 8month old Goldendoodle here. Overall, everything was perfect but the only issue was with his food. It seems they didn’t pay close attention to his feeding instructions. After pickup, he didn’t poop for more than 24 hours which makes us believe he barely ate while he was there. Aside from this concern, the experience was good, but food management definitely needs more attention.
For the past year, K9 Luxury Pet Hotel Plano has been the most awesome experience for my Labrador to where he can hardly wait for the doors to open every week. The Trainers always greet us with a smile, and they know each and every canine by name. Let me just tell you, we started our journey with K9 December 1, 2024, where he started as a 6mth old puppy. My Labrador has taken a complete "180" after visiting consistently and being under the loving care of the Trainers. My dog has calmed down, he is happy, and has shown positive changes over time. I am so grateful how the staff loves and cares for my dog when I'm not there. I feel confident and reassured that he's in very capable hands. I trust K9 Resorts to take good care of my dog.

As many of my family and friends know, Donny and Lucy are my *babies* — senior sweethearts who’ve never been boarded at this stage of their lives. So when it came time for us to attend our annual IBPSA The Forum Conference, I was definitely feeling a little uneasy. Leaving them, even for a short time, is never easy for this mama bear! 🐻❤️ But I’m so grateful for the amazing team at **K-9 Resorts Plano** for putting my heart at ease. From the moment we walked in, I could feel how much they *genuinely* care. They treated Donny and Lucy like family — and the cherry on top? Getting pictures of them during their stay! Seeing their sweet faces, tails wagging, and clearly being loved on made all the difference. 🐶📸💕 K-9 Resorts didn’t just “watch” my dogs — they cared for them like I would. And that kind of peace of mind is priceless. Thank you, K-9 Resorts, for being there for our family! 💙🐾 We highly recommend them!
Just got back from a camping trip and we left our two blue heelers here for 3 nights in one of the luxury suites with the TV and they posted pictures every day and gave us updates when we asked. Our sweet pups were bathed and all clean when we came to pick up and they told us they were so good. We are home now and they are both tuckered out. Very nice staff and the place is nicer than any hotel i have ever stayed at. This is the only dog facility i trust to take care of my dogs. They really treat them like like their own family.
We’ve been pup parents for years, and one thing we have learned…. our furry babies may not be able to tell us how they feel about the service they get - but they definitely do their part to communicate. Ria is a Cane Corso who is quite outspoken about her likes and dislikes - even which way to turn next while out on a walk can be… probably entertaining to anyone who can see us 😅 Elevators? NOPE, lol. But K9 Resorts in Plano? I still remember the day she shook off any doubts about staying there - she just walked right in and knew exactly where to go. I didn’t have to talk her into it or reassure her because… the staff had already proven themselves to her. ✨ Cherry on top is their customer service with us hoomans - my husband and I both agree that the extra time it takes for us to drive here is more than worth it :3
The team was so welcoming and caring she felt right at home. I loved receiving photos and updates showing her playing and making new friends. It gave me such peace of mind to know she was in great hands. Thank you for making her first daycare experience such a positive one!
Our pups had an amazing stay at K9 Resort! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate their needs, including medication management and personalized care. One of our dogs isn’t the best with others, so he got dedicated one-on-one time, while our other pup enjoyed general daycare but was also brought out for special play sessions with her brother so he wouldn’t be alone all day. The cutest part? They post adorable updates on fb☘️
This was my first time boarding my dog and it was such a great experience. They make you feel good about leaving your fur baby whether it’s for a day or a week. My baby stayed 7 nights and I got pictures the whole time. They always have an app that you can use for pictures to set up a stay there. The owner who I met personally was so nice! Also if you think your pup isn’t good with other dogs you’ll be surprised when you hear otherwise. They do an evaluation on your pups first day where they introduce your pup to all the other pups in doggy daycare that day. I was pleased and surprised to hear my pup did amazing with the other pups. I thought for sure she wouldn’t. They are truly amazing. They treat these dogs like they are their own. I felt no hesitation or anxiety about leaving her. I will 100% be coming back to this location whenever I need a place for my pup !!!! (If I could give 100 stars I would)
