Pet Care Technician
Responsible for delivering core promises, cleanliness and compassionate care of our business. This position spends the most time in direct contact with our furry friends. Someone in this position not only must love dogs, they must also be willing to "get down and dirty". Cleaning kennels, feeding and medicating dogs, and giving dogs baths are all part of the daily routine. You must excel at communication and observation skills, as well as possess a keen eye for detail. Previous experience is preferred but not required, we will train the right applicant. Some weekend and holiday hours are required.
Customer Service Representative
Responsible for providing world-class service to all our customers, human and dog alike, and have a thorough knowledge of each of our products/services. This position is both challenging and rewarding. It requires exceptional communication and listening skills, as you are often perceived as the "face" of our company. A positive attitude, the ability to handle multiple challenges at once, and ability to learn quickly is a must. Previous experience is preferred but not required, Some weekend and holiday hours are required. Must love people!
Front End Supervisor
Responsible for ensuring smooth shift. Ability to work in a fast paced work environment with fluid day to day responsibilities. Customer service skills and the ability to lead a team are crucial, as is a love of dogs. Previous pet or supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Some weekend and holiday hours are required. Must love people!
Back End Supervisor
Must be willing to get "down and dirty" with the dogs. Cleaning is a significant component of this position. Ability to lead a team is crucial as is a love of dogs and people. Previous supervisory or pet experience is preferred but not required. Some weekend and holidays are required.
Our Assistant Managers often exemplify a few characteristics; they have positive attitudes, and are energetic, enthusiastic, and have the ability to lead people. They must love working with people and dogs. They will assist the General Manager in day to day operations, while also overseeing employees in all aspects of the resort. They need to have the ability to fill in wherever they are needed at any given time, in addition to possessing strong customer service and leadership skills. Previous experience is preferred, however it is not required. Some weekend and holiday hours are required.
General Managers at K9 Resorts are energetic, optimistic, and flexible. They are both strong leaders and motivators who are willing to provide world-class service to our clients. They love working with both dogs and people and are responsible for shaping our client experiences. They are responsible for the compliance of staff to all operational guidelines as well as working with department heads in order to implement business and brand strategies. Previous pet, customer service or management experience, along with a positive attitude is a must. Some weekend and holiday hours are required.
