I brought my dog Benny in for an evaluation for daycare. I had a very pleasant experience with all staff there. Tori went above and beyond to give me a full tour of the facility and show the different options they have for overnight care if I ever needed it. Overall, a great place with excellent, knowledgeable staff. I trust them to care for my dog anytime.
My husband and I always feel confident that our fur baby will be taken well care of well at K9 Roxbury if we need to go away overnight or longer. Teddy always comes back well adjusted and doesn’t seem at all traumatized by staying at their facility. We know that our pup is always well taken care of when he is left there.
The front and back staff are very caring and professional from the time you enter the building. The lobby and premises is immaculate. My dog Bailey loves daycare and boarding there. Highly recommend K9 Resorts of Roxbury!
I have been using this K9 Resorts in Roxbury location since 2023 and they are amazing!!! Juan the AGM and all the staff are amazing!! My dogs run in there like they are happy to go in and they seem sad when we pick them up like they enjoyed their time there. Love them! Highly recommend them!
This will be the second time we have boarded our two dogs at K9 Resorts. This was a short, one night stay. My one dog who is very fearful did just fine, due to the fact that they have the luxury suites which will accommodate both dogs together. Would definitely recommend. They really do try to make your dog feel comfortable, safe and relaxed
My puppy is 10 months old and not spayed yet. She was able to play all day at K9 Resorts with the adult workers to protect her from the boy dogs pouncing on her. I did not know it was their policy to protect girl dogs during this time, and I am grateful. My puppy had a great play date with the fun, kind workers! Thank you all. Renita
April & all the staff were so nice & kind while giving me a tour of K9 resorts. April and the gentleman upfrount made sure to answer any questions I had and took their time showing me the doggy daycare and boarding rooms. Today was Asher’s first day at daycare and from his report and photos he had a blast! He came home so tired from playing with his new friends for 7 hours. I would highly recommend K9 resorts for anyone looking to send their puppy / dog to daycare! Asher cannot wait to go back!
I am so thankful for the caring staff and amazing resort-type facilities and amenities at the K9 Resort in Roxbury. If 10 STARS was an option, they would have gotten all 10!!! We have a 1-year-old Cavalier and a 4-month-old Vizsla. My daughter and I did a lot of research to find an appropriate place to board our dogs when we go on vacation or need to be out of town and can’t take our dogs. I'm known to be thorough in my “homework” and decided that the K9 Resort would be a suitable place to board our dogs. We submitted all our vax docs and vet records. Our dogs spent a day at the resort so the staff could ensure our dogs would be a good fit at their resort. Our dogs spent a day and were approved for boarding at the resort. Our dogs spent the last few days at the resort while we spent a few days down in Wildwood. We booked them to each have their own "Executive Suite” level accommodations and added on some additional nighttime treats. They were greeted with open arms and went happily with staff at drop off. During their stay pics of our dogs and others were posted to the website. It was great to see our dogs socializing with other dogs, inside and out, in a safe environment, with plenty of staff interaction. Social playtime with other dogs was important to us and our dogs got plenty of time out of their rooms and it was obvious they enjoyed the resort and the attention from staff. All feeding requirements well-handled and our dogs were happy and clean at pick up. It was obvious when they settled back into our home, they were well cared for, well fed, well exercised, and happy as could be. They will return in a week or so, for another stay when we go out of town for a family event. We are so happy to have a facility like K9 Resorts for our dogs, we will all look forward to upcoming stays at the K9 Resort in Roxbury. Thanks to all the staff for all you do to ensure our "family members" Ruby and Stella have a great experience boarding at the Resort!
We travelled outside of US during the first two weeks of July. It was the first time of our pet (Mel) staying away from us and also in a resort. The experience was outstanding! Debbie and her talented team are really pet centricity mindset. We got updates when necessary, she contact our veterinary for specific issues and also took care Mel very very well. Thank you very much for the entire team and congrats for the outstanding experience!!!
