Kiki and Max had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly attentive and you can truly tell how much they love and care for the dogs. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our puppies were in such great hands. My favorite part was the Instagram stories—it was so fun being able to see them playing and enjoying themselves throughout the day!
I LOVE-LOVE taking my little 8-month-old, Puggy names Poppy R to K9 Resorts as the facility is so clean and they can go outside. Poppy has only been there for daycare, but she LOVES it! The staff is so kind and I always feel like they truly care about Poppy! I interviewed about 5 faculties in the surrounding area and this one by far was the cleanest and had natural light and just felt safe!
Since December 2024, my dog Solomon has enjoyed absolutely everything about K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel. From the moment we enter the facility, his tail wags "non stop" The Trainers are all "top notch" professionals and clearly display their love for dogs on each and every visit. I love how we're greeted with a smile the moment we enter the facility and the speed in which they handle my 120lb Labrador is impressive. I wouldn't take my dog any where else.
Very welcoming and supportive knowledgeable staff makes the decision to leave your fur baby without worries, love it!!!
The whole staff is great. Place is super clean and most important my dog loves it. She comes home exhausted from having so much fun. Soon as I say you want to go to camp she gets soo excited. Thank you.
Amazing place! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they have all these cute little enrichment activities for the pups. It also somehow smells so good when you walk in… not just a lack of dog smell, but actually good. My pup can be a little timid with new people at first, and they were so patient with him while he was getting comfortable. Now he goes a few times a week and gets excited to see his friends the moment we pull up. Can’t recommend this place enough.
My pup absolutely loves K9 resort and the staff! She gets excited the moment she realize where the car ride will end. We love all the fun activities and festive ice cream flavors.
School is mostly about making connections, right? And my girl was blessed to make some doggie friends with some of the sweetest, gentle pups in the area. Acceptance isn't automatic here. Their pups are screened to be up to date on vaccines and possess a friendly temperament. Very much a "Tails Up", relaxed and happy vibe for my dog, and I feel very safe to leave her there for the day. And, must I admit this? K9 Resorts is cleaner and smells better than my house!
I have been using both daycare and boarding at K9 Hamilton since 2020, and I can’t express enough how much I trust them with the care of my dogs. My poodle stayed overnight and had the opportunity to play with other dogs during the day. Dogs are grouped by size which provides a lot of comfort to me. This place is squeaky clean and the playground area is nice and spacious. You have a choice of sleeping quarters in accordance with the size of your dog. They log all of your dogs belongings. They are very thorough. Each of the staff members I met are awesome caring and courteous. I couldn't before pleased.
K9 Resorts is by far the best place I’ve ever taken my dog! Their staff is stellar and their service is absolutely unmatched! I can board my dog with them and not lose any sleep because I know he’s in the best hands possible. This is the only place I will ever take my pup for boarding or daycare.
Staff is amazing my dog loved it they took great care of my pet and made sure he had as much comfort as possible this has been the 1st I have boarded him and got a hug sigh of relief when I saw how happy he was during his visit. I would recommend and board him in the future
The staff is very friendly and caring. My dog just went for daycare and will be there for boarding at a later time. They are very well organized and communication is excellent.
We had the BEST experience at K9 Pet Hotel! Ellie's first visit was absolutely wonderful; I had concerns, especially since she was a rescue. The staff were so watchful and patient with Ellie (and me!), making sure she felt safe with the other dogs, while answering ALL my questions. She had a wonderful time as Ethan watched closely ---and I got to watch her interaction with other dogs as well! Thank you to all at K9!
Lucky and I love K9 resort at Madison. Lucky play all day and came home tired and happy. Tired dog is a good dog “zzzz”.
K9 Resorts always takes good care of my baby Ralphie whenever I have to go out to sea. I trust them and I can tell they take great care in their work and the animals in their care. It well worth the price to have peace of mind that my puppy is in good hands and is getting the affection and care he needs while I'm away.

Jack LOVES going to school and playing with his friends! He sleeps the whole ride home and is out for the count the rest of the night (except until dinner lol) Super clean facility and smells soooo good! Thank you for taking care of my baby boy!
My wife and I were not satisfied with our sitter service and decided to give K9 resorts a shot. Greatest decision ever, the staff is awesome. You can tell they care deeply for the animals. The manager Lacey was amazing! She was so patient and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and made me feel confident about this place. Looking forward to the future here with my pup.
So far, so good! There’s no gross urine smell when you walk in and my dog doesn’t stink when I pick her up! All the employees I have encountered have been happy and actually seem to enjoy where they work and it shows! My dog seems to have enjoyed herself as well! We will definitely be back!
