We’ve boarded our dachshund, Lincoln, here a few times and have loved every experience. We receive periodic updates, and it’s clear he’s making friends. He can be shy, so it means a lot to us to feel confident that the staff takes such great care of him. And he always smells amazing after his baths!

I had to board my 3 labs while contractors were working on my house, 5 stars is not enough for this place. The facility was immaculate, the staff was very accommodating & friendly. During their stay I stopped in on a few occasions and observed them at their daycare, they were playing with others and was very happy. Again thank you so much for taking care of my kids!!!!!!!!

This is the only place my dog has ever boarded and their service is wonderful! I mentioned that we would be away over our dog’s birthday and Julie made sure to give our dog extra treats and send us birthday photos! It was such a sweet thing to do and was so appreciated!

I decided to move my dog Lily to K9 Resorts because she kept getting sick at her old daycare. This place is clean and amazing and my baby hasn’t been sick once! Love the staff and Lily definitely loves her time there!

To say I am thankful for K9 Middletown and the staff is an understatement. I brought Koa in for his daycare evaluation and knew that day it was the right choice. The team was warm,welcoming and excited to introduce Koa to his new pals. From then on they ALWAYS greet Koa with open arms and so much love. I feel at ease working longer days knowing that he is taken care of as if he was one of their own. I like that they have the indoor/outdoor play areas and always have fun things planned for the pups like prom,Halloween costume contests and pool parties in the summer.Daily pictures can be seen on their IG page. The store is always spotless and smells so good. If you are looking for a safe,clean, fun place for your fur baby, K9 Middletown is top dog! Thank you guys for ALL you do! We love K9 Resorts in Middletown so much! Only place we trust to board our dog Nava. They go out of their way to make sure all dogs are happy, safe, & clean. They are simply the best! They even call to notify us if she has a scratch, doesn’t feel well, or is not acting like herself. They love & care for her as if she is their own. Most of the time she doesn’t want to leave!

Excellent experience using the Doggy Day Care for the first time today. My puppy had a blast and they sent me pictures of her playing with the other dogs. So friendly, so organized, and so clean! Beautiful atmosphere- so cheerful- highly recommend this place! My puppy is tired out lol!

Our dog absolutely loves coming here for daycare and boarding! He is so excited when I drop him off and the staff are always equally as excited to see him. It’s obvious how much they love working here and how much they love all the pets that come. The boarding accommodations are great - clean, big and modern. I love that our dog has access to outside play areas as well.

My very hyper Irish setter stayed at k9 resorts for 5 nights while we went on a cruise. This was my first time boarding her so I had many questions. From the first time calling all the way till we picked her up they were so helpful. I received daily photos and updates. I will definitely use them again.

K9 Resorts is cream of the crop!!! Bosco has been in doggy daycare twice a week since he was a puppy and he’s now 3 years old! We never have to worry when we put him in overnight as the staff is so kind, accommodating and caring. The facility is always clean and Bosco cannot wait to get out of the car whenever we pull up! 10/10 always.

Absolutely love this place! I bring my dog here every week and she loves it. The staff is amazing and so welcoming. You can tell they truly love the dogs. Highly recommmend!

K9 Resorts is a wonderful place! The staff is friendly and communicates well. They are really attentive to my blind dog who needs eye drops multiple times a day. On our last trip we had lots of flight cancellations so our dog had to stay 3 more days than planned and they were very kind and understanding. It is wonderful to be able to travel knowing our dog is being well cared for while we are away.

Highly recommend K9 daycare! The hours during the week are perfect, the facility is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Booking my dog for daycare is so easy and I never have to worry about him while he is there. Also much cheaper than having a dog walker come in to the home for walks, which is what we used to do while at work. This is a much better alternative because he is getting his energy out during the day and is well looked after! Very happy with this daycare!

They are absolutely incredible! We’ve left our dogs here before and they had an excellent time! We decided to leave them here again for the holidays while we decided to visit family. After a political issue, we were stuck. I called K9 asap and they responded asap, I mentioned our situation and within minutes they helped us and eased our minds over our beloved dogs. They were so flexible, kind, and helpful I couldn’t recommend them more! Make sure to check their Facebook page daily so you can get picture updates of the dogs! Its so cute! Thank you K9 Resorts! Amazing establishment to bring our dog for daycare! We recently moved and came to this location. The service at K9 resorts is amazing across the board. The standard remains high at each location and the Heights is no different! Excited to start bringing Sherlock to the Heights!

My furry friend LOVES the daycare! He oozes excitement and happiness from the moment he knows he is heading there til the moment they playfully run with him when they bring him to me in their beautiful lobby waiting area. Highly recommended this for your dog’s socialization and exercise needs. Happy puppies everywhere! I am so glad to find the loving care they give here. So is my dog … and it radiates from him and all the others I meet in their lobby.

We love taking our dogs here! We originally went to the ones in NJ when we lived there and were thrilled when we moved to the KC area to find out they had a new location in OP. We took our first dog there and he always loved going and they treated him amazing. Now, our current dog also goes there and also loves this place. She sprints to the door and is so excited when we pull up. Their facility is so nice and we haven’t had any issues since using them. We have used both the daycare and overnight services. Would highly recommend if you are near OP and want to send your pups to a little luxury hotel while out of town.

I stress limited, since the facility and staffing earned this 5 star review, and due to limited seating I hope not to draw too much attention to a wonderful business running at high demand and if the daily occupancy jumps, then this secret review gets deleted! Take your screenshot now. Are you a dog owner? Do you love your dog? Make an appointment for a tour. On your visit you will witness an all day "dog" block-party including professional & caring supervision. There are no photos attached to this review since the K9 Instagram is not shy with sharing my dog's smile. For less than $6 hr my dog has human caring and attention with dog socialization, all day or half day. After I pick up my dog from K9-daycare I can focus on things at home since someone is is super sleepy and dreaming about tomorrow getting back to K9 and his/her friends. Family has an event over the weekend? K9 is open seven days a week and no more worries about shooting home from event early since someone is anxiously waiting to get outside to pee/poop! I have only met Lex & Brittany, and based on those separate experiences I would leave my human kids for daycare too if there was a sister facility. I have seen other staff in the lobby too and while I have not met them, I know it is since they are escorting animals and their eyes are focused on the dog, not me walking in the entrance or their cell phones. If I come back as a dog, I hope my owner signs me up for K9-Resorts. I am on duty now since someone has to go outside before bed!

Love taking my dog Winston here. All the staff is very friendly everytime I go or call. Winston loves it, the updates on Instagram are great love seeing him interact with the other dogs. Winston always comes home tired after his time boarding! Also open on Sundays which is extremely convenient.
