This was my dog’s third time staying with K9 Resorts. They always take amazing care of him and send report cards with updates. They called me to let me know he wasnt eating his breakfast and requested to add wet food. They definitely were keeping a good eye out for him and he loves the staff!

Millie stayed with K9 Pet Resorts for the first time. She came home happy, well fed and smelling good. I appreciated the attention to detail and the service they provided. They sent extra photos whenever I requested, and included information on how she was doing. The “Resort” is very clean and beautifully decorated. We feel that we have found Millie’s new home away from home. Thank you to the staff. We appreciate you. See you soon!

We used K-9 Resorts to board our dog while we were on vacation. The staff was so personable and kind and engaging with our dog. They got down on the floor to play with him and love on him, and by the end of his stay our dog wasn’t ready to leave. They took excellent care of him. The staff posted daily updates/photos on instagram, and even texted me personally to update me on how he was doing and send me additional photos. They were very responsive anytime I reached out, and went above and beyond with loving on our dog. Would highly recommend and look forward to working with them again!

I bring my dog here whenever I’m in town, and they have been consistently wonderful every single time. They’re incredibly accommodating—even with short notice—which has made traveling so much easier for me. My dog absolutely loves it here and always has a great time. After a couple days of play, I usually book a blowout for her, and she comes back looking and feeling amazing (she clearly enjoys it too!). I really appreciate the updates and photos they send—it’s reassuring to know she’s happy and well cared for while I’m away. The staff is always friendly, whether I’m calling or stopping in, and the whole process is just easy—quick drop-offs, smooth pickups, no stress. It’s rare to find a place that’s this consistently reliable, flexible, and genuinely caring. I never have to worry when she’s here, and that means everything.

I had such a great first experience here! From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. Meredith at the front desk was amazing—so kind, informative, and reassuring. She really understood how much my dog means to me and helped ease my nerves leaving her for the first time. The place was very clean, and the decorations were so cute and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they took excellent care of my dog, especially making sure her leg wound was properly monitored with the one-on-one attention she needed. She came back happy, calm, and well cared for—which says everything. Highly recommend this place for your fur babies. 10/10!

Our pub always comes home excited and happy. This is not The experience we have had with other boarding places. We love it here and we can tell they love our pup too. Thank you for giving our little buddy a safe and secure place so we don’t worry while we are away.

Staff is very professional, always greeting their little friends with a positive attitude. Our American Cocker Spaniel enjoy her time there. We got the unlimited daycare package which is more cost-effective since no reservation is required.

Our 70lb labradoodle spent Spring Break 2026 here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and reasonably priced. We appreciated the updates and photos from the report card they sent out every 2 days. We will use them again!

Kiki and Max had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly attentive and you can truly tell how much they love and care for the dogs. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our puppies were in such great hands. My favorite part was the Instagram stories—it was so fun being able to see them playing and enjoying themselves throughout the day!

I LOVE-LOVE taking my little 8-month-old, Puggy names Poppy R to K9 Resorts as the facility is so clean and they can go outside. Poppy has only been there for daycare, but she LOVES it! The staff is so kind and I always feel like they truly care about Poppy! I interviewed about 5 faculties in the surrounding area and this one by far was the cleanest and had natural light and just felt safe!

Since December 2024, my dog Solomon has enjoyed absolutely everything about K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel. From the moment we enter the facility, his tail wags "non stop" The Trainers are all "top notch" professionals and clearly display their love for dogs on each and every visit. I love how we're greeted with a smile the moment we enter the facility and the speed in which they handle my 120lb Labrador is impressive. I wouldn't take my dog any where else.

Very welcoming and supportive knowledgeable staff makes the decision to leave your fur baby without worries, love it!!!

The whole staff is great. Place is super clean and most important my dog loves it. She comes home exhausted from having so much fun. Soon as I say you want to go to camp she gets soo excited. Thank you.

Amazing place! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they have all these cute little enrichment activities for the pups. It also somehow smells so good when you walk in… not just a lack of dog smell, but actually good. My pup can be a little timid with new people at first, and they were so patient with him while he was getting comfortable. Now he goes a few times a week and gets excited to see his friends the moment we pull up. Can’t recommend this place enough.

My pup absolutely loves K9 resort and the staff! She gets excited the moment she realize where the car ride will end. We love all the fun activities and festive ice cream flavors.

School is mostly about making connections, right? And my girl was blessed to make some doggie friends with some of the sweetest, gentle pups in the area. Acceptance isn't automatic here. Their pups are screened to be up to date on vaccines and possess a friendly temperament. Very much a "Tails Up", relaxed and happy vibe for my dog, and I feel very safe to leave her there for the day. And, must I admit this? K9 Resorts is cleaner and smells better than my house!

I have been using both daycare and boarding at K9 Hamilton since 2020, and I can’t express enough how much I trust them with the care of my dogs. The love and attention they show our pups is truly unmatched. Their communication is top notch — from booking requests to managing reservation changes, everything is seamless. My poodle stayed overnight and had the opportunity to play with other dogs during the day. Dogs are grouped by size which provides a lot of comfort to me. This place is squeaky clean and the playground area is nice and spacious. You have a choice of sleeping quarters in accordance with the size of your dog. They log all of your dogs belongings. They are very thorough. Each of the staff members I met are awesome caring and courteous. I couldn't before pleased.

K9 Resorts is by far the best place I’ve ever taken my dog! Their staff is stellar and their service is absolutely unmatched! I can board my dog with them and not lose any sleep because I know he’s in the best hands possible. This is the only place I will ever take my pup for boarding or daycare.

Staff is amazing my dog loved it they took great care of my pet and made sure he had as much comfort as possible this has been the 1st I have boarded him and got a hug sigh of relief when I saw how happy he was during his visit. I would recommend and board him in the future
