I can not say enough amazing things about this place! Worth every penny. I board my 55 lb pitbull, Jeter there. He lovesss it! It’s always so stressful when planning a trip and I used to say no to going away and boarding him because I was afraid other places would let him get near dogs and he is very dog aggressive. Once I toured the place and saw the headsets staff communicated on to make sure halls are clear and separate rooms he could stay in; my mind was at ease. Here at K9 resorts, they update me with pictures of Jeter playing and staff taking selfies with him! They always give him a good report. I board him in the luxury suite so he doesn’t get anxious hearing/seeing other dogs. He loves all the staff there! Thank you so much for being kind, loving humans and making sure Jeter is well cared for and separated from the other doggos! Will always board him here. :)

Our baby Sam became very ill after we left him off. The staff was in constant contact with us on Sam’s condition. They went way above with their care. They took him to the vet hospital for us, we were out of the country. Sadly he psssed away that evenings this resort staff exhibited caring beyond what was ever expected.

This was our 1st time looking for a boarding place for our puppy Apollo. Melanie was the one in charge of giving us a tour of the place , we asked several questions and Melanie provided answers to all of them. The place looked super clean, and the stuff seems very friendly-Melanie explained in detail all of the available plans K9 Resorts has to offer- Thanks for all. We will be seeing you soon- Mario-

Excellent dog boarding experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly love what they do. The facility was clean and well-organized, and my dog (Cami) came home happy and relaxed. I felt completely at ease knowing my pup was in great hands. Highly recommend!

Just picked up Heinrich and Friedrich from their 2nd and longest stay and as anxious pet parents we were not worried about them while we had to be gone. Received great updates of the boys while we were away and had fabulous stories told to us on pick up on their personal play and friends they made. We are glad they have a safe place to stay and friends to play with during the day with a good routine and enough stimulation during the day to help them sleep well at night! They also enjoy their random daycare days on days i can take them before work. 10/10 recommend!

Great location and wonderful service. The boarding rooms are clean and spacious. They have great people who love puppies. My girl gets excited when we drop her off and that makes me happy. Thank you K9 Resorts!

We love K9. They are great with communication. They show our dog love and care. We are very comfortable leaving her in their care every time we vacation!

If you are looking for the absolute best place to send your dog for daycare or boarding look no further, this is THE place! They have the most incredible staff and everyone at K9 will spoil your dog rotten. It's heaven on earth for dogs, sparkling clean, smells like a luxury hotel and I can't recommend K9 Resorts enough for anyone who loves their dog as much as I do. 10/10

My dog had such a wonderful experience at K9 Resort in Middletown! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I could tell he was well cared for. He came home happy, tired, and clearly got all his energy out. I’m so glad we decided to bring him — we’ll definitely be back!

My dog's butt wiggles every time she sees one of the staff members. She even jumped out the car one morning when she saw a staff member in the parking lot. That is a sign for me that she loves it here. It's great to have a trusted place to take her when I am at work where I know she is being loved and taken care of.

We just recently started taking our boy Milo here. After visits with other daycares left us traumatized we decided to give K9 resorts a try. This place is what doggy daycare should be. Professional staff, text updates, and communication. Milo used to be scared coming home from (another daycare that I won’t name) but everytime he comes and leaves K9 resorts he is smiling and excited. We also love how clean this place is and the daily roll call that they do on instagram is a lovely way to be able to check on my pup throughout the day. We bring our hound Izzie to K9 on a regular basis for either boarding or daycare. Izzie loves it! My favorite thing is that they have the same employees for a long time, this tells me that it is a good place to work as there is not alot of turn over. I love the report cards they said with cute pics also!

Our two dogs stayed overnight at K9, the most recent of many stays, ranging from 1 to 10 nights. They are anxious to get in with the other dogs when we drop them off and are well adjusted when we pick them up. I feel as if they are well taken care of all the times we have used the kennel.

From every phone call, the initial visit, and our dogs first stay, the staff were wonderful. Our dogs have bad separation anxiety and don’t do well with other dogs. We tried several boarding facilities across the area and our dogs would be miserable for days after picking them up. K9 Pet Resort is the first time that we have picked up our pups and they weren’t stressed out. The private room and one-on-one attention has been a game changer. The facility is so clean and the staff is excellent. I would highly recommend them!

We brought our six-month-old puppy to K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel in Lone Tree and could not have been more impressed! The facility is clean, smells great, and the staff are all so friendly and happy to be there. Dodger has had a great time making friends and playing! Highly recommend!

We recently celebrated our Dolly's first Gotcha Day anniversary. K9 Resorts Malvern and the fantastic staff has played a huge role in helping Dolly come out of her shell and adjust to her new life with us over this past first year. Dolly regularly comes to small daycare and engages with the staff and other dogs. Usually Kelly or Aiden are at the front desk when we arrive for drop off and they always welcome Dolly with open arms and excitement when she rounds the corner to greet them. When we arrive to pick up Dolly, Emma, Maddie or Taryn are always there to greet us. They are always forthcoming with fun updates and pictures about Dolly's day and how she continues to come out of her shell with the staff and the dogs. We are so thankful for all of this great attention for Dolly. It goes without saying that it truly rests our mind at ease when she's welcomed so genuinely and affectionately. Thank you for all that you do for our Dolly. Keep up the fantastic work. K9 Resorts Malvern is TOP NOTCH.

Wonderful Place for our dog. He is stimulated and doesn't get bored there, is happy to go in and comes back without any issues. It is clean and the staff are very friendly. Great place to leave your pet. We have tried both daycare and boarding with equally great results.

The staff was very patient and kind. My dog had a wonderful experience and he requires skilled professionals as he is sensitive. He enjoyed his stay and we will become a regular customer.

My dog had a great stay! Was very happy when we came to pick him up, but didn’t want to go. Must have had a great time! He has been here before and has always been happy. This is my go- to place for daycare and boarding. The luxury dog hotel concept is genius. Thanks for all the great experiences!!!

I’m very grateful for the experience I had with K9’s boarding and daycare services!! My dog stayed a week and I got updates via text daily, pictures, and knew he was in good & loving hands! all of the workers were very kind and helpful too. I look forward to bringing my dog here again!
