K9 Resorts takes incredible care of Hamilton. From the moment we walk in, I feel confident he’s in loving, attentive hands. The staff is kind, professional, and genuinely invested in the dogs. So grateful to have a place I trust completely!!

My dog Sadie (a pocket pittie) LOVES K9 resorts! She looks forward to every Wednesday when she gets to go and play with her friends (dogs and staff). We love that the staff takes such good care of our Sadie girl l!!!

This place is the best! We feel super confident leaving our two dogs with them for boarding and daycare. They are able to sleep together in the executive suite and have separate big/little dog playtime. At one point, my dog Nala played a little too hard and sprained her hip and the staff called to check in with me and offered calm one-on-one attention with staff rather than more physical activity. It’s so reassuring to have a safe, trustworthy and caring place to watch our dogs while we travel!

We were concerned about leaving our dog for such a long time while we were out of town … but K9 has been wonderful! They have sent us detailed information and updates on how he is doing every day, and it is obvious that they love him, and are taking good care of him for us. We highly recommend K9 for both daycare and overnight stays.

K9 Apex is simply wonderful. Incredibly clean, bright, well maintained. The best staff in the business. Our boy Ace gets so pumped even at the mention of the words "day care". He knows he's in for a day of play and exercise with other doggos who have been vetted for vaccines and good behavior, and he comes home at night exhausted and happy. K9 sends daily "report cards" via text, so we can see photos of how much fun Ace is having that day. It's such a simple gesture, but we love it. A genuine thanks to every single employee at K9 Apex. You're doing an incredible job and we deeply appreciate you.

K9 Resort Pet Hotel is fantastic! The facility is clean, welcoming, and clearly designed with pets’ comfort in mind. Michelle — one of the supervisors — is truly amazing at her job. You can immediately tell how much she cares for every animal that comes through the door. She treats each pet like her own, pays close attention to their needs, and always goes above and beyond to make sure they feel safe and loved. Highly recommend!

My dog, Beau, goes absolutely crazy for this doggy daycare! He’s wiped out when he gets home from all the excitement and play. The staff truly love on him. They’re very attentive to the dogs and have brought even the most minor concerns to my attention right away. I look forward to the daily report card! Recommend 10/10!

I love knowing my pets are loved and cared for while there, whether it’s a week long stay or doggy daycare, they are always so excited to go! I appreciate the updates and photos. I love knowing my dogs are happy there!

We have a small 10lb Pomeranian that we struggle leaving at a kennel for extended stays. We stumbled upon K9 Resorts in Apex and thought we'd give them a try. One week at camp (I call it camp as the photos forwarded to us during Zoey's stay exhibited a camp atmosphere) When we picked her up one week later, she was a happy dog, excited to come home but also seemed grateful to have spent a week with some new pup friends.

The staff is so friendly and it is easy to see that they authentically care for the dogs in their care. The hotel was spotless and all of the dogs were happy. We loved getting our report card and pictures every day! We hate leaving our dog, but if we must, this is where he will be boarded from now on.

I’ve never had to board my babies. My neighbor always came to the house and stayed with them. After searching many places I found the perfect spot , this one is so beautiful!! So clean and elegant! It’s straight up a dog hotel.

K9 Luxury Pet Hotel gives me complete peace of mind every time I travel. Leaving my dog there means I can enjoy my trip knowing he’s safe, happy, and truly cared for. The place is spotless, the staff is warm and professional, and the daily photo updates are something I genuinely look forward to. Excellent facility. Courteous and helpful staff, who genuinely love the work they do and the dogs they care for. Our dogs love their “school.” They’re excited every morning they get to go to playtime and pleasantly exhausted when they get back home. We have been customers for almost two years now, and would never go anywhere else. We trust K9 Resorts like family with our dogs when we’ve relied on them for boarding.
