My 11-month-old pit bull mix, Zero, has been attending daycare at K9 Resorts since she was four months old! She recently boarded there while I was out of town for a week and she had the time of her life! I am very particular about Zero’s safety and I trust that K9 Resorts makes that a priority. Their daycare play groups are fully supervised and the dogs are separated by size (they are also evaluated beforehand to make sure they are a good fit for the play groups). K9 Resorts also offers spacious overnight accommodations for boarding! I highly recommend this place for daycare and boarding of dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds. :)

Our two dogs go to K9 for full-day daycare several times a week, and they absolutely love it! They always come home happy and tired from a fun day of play. I’m so impressed by how clean the facility is, how happy all the dogs look, and how well-staffed everything is, which keeps wait times short and drop-off/pick-up easy. The staff is incredibly friendly and clearly loves the dogs. They even know each pup by name! We also love the photo updates and the special activities they do for prom, holidays, and other fun events. It’s clear they put a lot of care and creativity into making daycare a great experience for the dogs and their families. Highly recommend K9 to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and loving daycare for their dogs!

We absolutely love this daycare/boarding facility! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The space is clean, organized, and clearly designed with the dogs’ safety and happiness in mind. The staff is amazing…so attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. My dogs get so excited every time we arrive, which says everything. I also really appreciate the updates and communication while at daycare and/or boarding. It’s such a relief knowing my dog is in great hands!

I bring my dog here whenever I’m in town, and they have been consistently wonderful every single time. They’re incredibly accommodating—even with short notice—which has made traveling so much easier for me. My dog absolutely loves it here and always has a great time. After a couple days of play, I usually book a blowout for her, and she comes back looking and feeling amazing (she clearly enjoys it too!). I really appreciate the updates and photos they send—it’s reassuring to know she’s happy and well cared for while I’m away. The staff is always friendly, whether I’m calling or stopping in, and the whole process is just easy—quick drop-offs, smooth pickups, no stress. It’s rare to find a place that’s this consistently reliable, flexible, and genuinely caring. I never have to worry when she’s here, and that means everything.

My 2 large dogs had an amazing time during their day care evaluation day. The staff is lovely. The hours are perfect for a dog mom with a commute to work every day. My pups are absolutely knocked out after running around with all their new friends, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I'm sure they'll be very excited for their next visit.

We bring our hound Izzie to K9 on a regular basis for either boarding or daycare. Izzie loves it! My favorite thing is that they have the same employees for a long time, this tells me that it is a good place to work as there is not alot of turn over. I love the report cards they said with cute pics also!

I have a three year old chocolate lab and we both LOVE K9 Resorts in Apex! The staff are so nice and they know Escher. I love the pictures I get during the day of him playing with all the other dogs. I know Escher loves it too because he gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot and he can't wait to get in to start playing. He also leaves exhausted, which I believe is a sign of a very happy lab. I don't know what we would do without K9 Resorts!

K9 Resorts takes incredible care of Hamilton. From the moment we walk in, I feel confident he’s in loving, attentive hands. The staff is kind, professional, and genuinely invested in the dogs. So grateful to have a place I trust completely!!

My dog Sadie (a pocket pittie) LOVES K9 resorts! She looks forward to every Wednesday when she gets to go and play with her friends (dogs and staff). We love that the staff takes such good care of our Sadie girl l!!!

This place is the best! We feel super confident leaving our two dogs with them for boarding and daycare. They are able to sleep together in the executive suite and have separate big/little dog playtime. At one point, my dog Nala played a little too hard and sprained her hip and the staff called to check in with me and offered calm one-on-one attention with staff rather than more physical activity. It’s so reassuring to have a safe, trustworthy and caring place to watch our dogs while we travel!

We were concerned about leaving our dog for such a long time while we were out of town … but K9 has been wonderful! They have sent us detailed information and updates on how he is doing every day, and it is obvious that they love him, and are taking good care of him for us. We highly recommend K9 for both daycare and overnight stays.

K9 Apex is simply wonderful. Incredibly clean, bright, well maintained. The best staff in the business. Our boy Ace gets so pumped even at the mention of the words "day care". He knows he's in for a day of play and exercise with other doggos who have been vetted for vaccines and good behavior, and he comes home at night exhausted and happy. K9 sends daily "report cards" via text, so we can see photos of how much fun Ace is having that day. It's such a simple gesture, but we love it. A genuine thanks to every single employee at K9 Apex. You're doing an incredible job and we deeply appreciate you.

K9 Resort Pet Hotel is fantastic! The facility is clean, welcoming, and clearly designed with pets’ comfort in mind. Michelle — one of the supervisors — is truly amazing at her job. You can immediately tell how much she cares for every animal that comes through the door. She treats each pet like her own, pays close attention to their needs, and always goes above and beyond to make sure they feel safe and loved. Highly recommend!

My dog, Beau, goes absolutely crazy for this doggy daycare! He’s wiped out when he gets home from all the excitement and play. The staff truly love on him. They’re very attentive to the dogs and have brought even the most minor concerns to my attention right away. I look forward to the daily report card! Recommend 10/10!

I love knowing my pets are loved and cared for while there, whether it’s a week long stay or doggy daycare, they are always so excited to go! I appreciate the updates and photos. I love knowing my dogs are happy there!

We have a small 10lb Pomeranian that we struggle leaving at a kennel for extended stays. We stumbled upon K9 Resorts in Apex and thought we'd give them a try. One week at camp (I call it camp as the photos forwarded to us during Zoey's stay exhibited a camp atmosphere) When we picked her up one week later, she was a happy dog, excited to come home but also seemed grateful to have spent a week with some new pup friends.

The staff is so friendly and it is easy to see that they authentically care for the dogs in their care. The hotel was spotless and all of the dogs were happy. We loved getting our report card and pictures every day! We hate leaving our dog, but if we must, this is where he will be boarded from now on.

I’ve never had to board my babies. My neighbor always came to the house and stayed with them. After searching many places I found the perfect spot , this one is so beautiful!! So clean and elegant! It’s straight up a dog hotel.

K9 Luxury Pet Hotel gives me complete peace of mind every time I travel. Leaving my dog there means I can enjoy my trip knowing he’s safe, happy, and truly cared for. The place is spotless, the staff is warm and professional, and the daily photo updates are something I genuinely look forward to. Excellent facility. Courteous and helpful staff, who genuinely love the work they do and the dogs they care for. Our dogs love their “school.” They’re excited every morning they get to go to playtime and pleasantly exhausted when they get back home. We have been customers for almost two years now, and would never go anywhere else. We trust K9 Resorts like family with our dogs when we’ve relied on them for boarding.
