Impressed so far! Katie was so nice & went out of her way to show me around & answer all my questions. I met Larissa for my dog’s evaluation & she was very friendly & knowledgeable (especially with Bostons) which made me feel 100% comfortable! The place is clean, highly rated, and staff answered when I called which I appreciate. Only recommendation would be… cameras so I can check in on my fur baby!! I think every fur parent would love that. Overall, 5 stars.

My very hyper Irish setter stayed at k9 resorts for 5 nights while we went on a cruise. This was my first time boarding her so I had many questions. From the first time calling all the way till we picked her up they were so helpful. I received daily photos and updates. I will definitely use them again.

My Munchkin Has Been Going To K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel Cherry Hill For Three Years Now. He Loves It There So Much That He Goes At Least Once a Week. His Excitement Begins As Soon As We Pull Into The Parking Lot. Upon Arrival, We’re Always Greeted by The Amazing Staff. The Staff Are Awesome In Their Dealings with My Munchkin, Other Dogs, and Us Doggie Parents…They’re Very Attentive and Professional! When My Munchkin Comes Home, He’s Absolutely Exhausted!! I Would Definitely Recommend K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel Cherry Hill for Your Doggie Daycare and Boarding Needs!

We recently boarded our small dog at K9 Resorts for 6 nights. Our experience was excellent! From the initial contact to picking her up, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient and I was confident our Lucy would be treated well. The facility is spotlessly clean, they have several options for accommodations, and they cared for her as if she were their own. They recommended a trial day for her to experience the day care with other dogs before her stay, so they could evaluate how she would react. They provided updates on how she was doing. They even gave her a bath before I picked her up and gave me detailed notes on her stay there. I highly recommend K9 Resorts and will definitely use them again!

Our pug, Popsicle, has a lot of anxiety with other people right now, but he loves K9 Resorts in Cherry Hill. I picked him up today from a last minute overnight and he came out smiling and tail wagging. The staff is super friendly and gives him lots of love. Our first experience using K9 resorts was back in November for a week and they kept us updated the whole week on Popsicles progress. It allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing he was well cared for.

If I could give K9 Resorts 100 stars, I would!! My dog Murphy LOVES it here! They are super nice, accommodating, and Murphy is happy and tired when she gets home. I never worry when Murphy is in their care, which is a huge relief as a helicopter dog mom! I always love seeing the fun photos they post on Facebook too! :)

We board our sweet Mattie here and couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. They handle her medication, keep us updated, and make sure she is comfortable the whole time. We are so grateful to have a place we trust.

I recently boarded my dog, Bandit, at K-9 Resort and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was warm, professional, and clearly dedicated to making every dog feel comfortable and cared for. They took the time to get to know Bandit and made sure he settled in perfectly. One thing I really appreciated was the playtime he received. Before I picked him up, they even gave him a bath, and he came out looking and smelling amazing. It’s such a relief to know that Bandit was not only safe, but genuinely enjoying himself. I highly recommend K-9 Resort to anyone looking for a boarding facility that treats your dog like family. Bandit will definitely be coming back!

I have taken Millie to daycare a few times so far, and also just recently boarded her here. The staff is all incredible, and very friendly. The facility itself is very clean and fancy looking, and the dogs seem to have plenty of space to run around. I recently moved to this area and finding a few facility to trust with my baby was sooooo hard but I am very pleased with k9 cherry hill. I do wish they had cameras or posted more photos of the dogs during the day to check in, it’s the only negative thing I really have to say about this place. They do take your phone calls and give you updates on your pup if you ask which I really appreciate. The info is always well rounded about energy levels, potty usage, and during boarded how they slept and how they ate throughout breakfast and dinner too. It is a little bit on the more expensive side as far as doggy daycares go, but ESPECIALLY if you’re going to board spending a little bit of extra money if you can to assure better care for your babies is worth it. I have seen placed around here be much more cheap and have far less quality. Millie stayed in their medium sized suite while there and she did great!! I look forward to continuing to use k9 reports and finally be able to breathe knowing I found a good place with people who seem to enjoy the dogs and pay attention to them.

We couldn’t be happier with K9 Resort! We know that Tucker will be well cared for and have the best time. He originally stayed for a week while we were away, and he now goes two days a week for “daycare.” All of the staff are friendly and obviously love and get to know all of the dogs and their families. Highly recommended!

Staff is always friendly, caring and professional. My dog Remy Martine, (not the easiest customer) always leaves K9 with a wagging tail and big smiles. K9 Resorts is always clean and well kept. I have more pics but can't find them right now. Remy is always happy at K9!

K9 took great care of Nugget while we were away, especially when she unexpectedly didn’t feel well. I felt they genuinely cared about my dog. They moved her to private play until she was feeling better, monitored her and spent extra time with her which meant a lot. They also contacted me to provide updates which was greatly appreciated!

Very professional and extremely nice. This was my first time ever boarding my pet and especially him being 7 months old they were extremely understanding and were able to work with him very well. The building was beautiful and clean. The staff was extremely nice and communicated with me very well about Pauly’s stay.

Sasha has stayed at K9 Resorts quite a few times. The staff is amazing and the always take wonderful care of her. We never have to worry when she’s at K9 resorts.

We really like K9 resorts, and our dog really enjoys boarding and participating in doggie day care. It's very clean and the facilities are definitely high end. Everyone we've worked with there has been very friendly and caring. We do wish there were cameras of the play area or that they posted pictures on social media more often so we could check in on our dog when we're away for longer periods of time.
