Large breeds need room to stretch their legs and take part in activities suited to their size. Our spacious indoor and outdoor play areas give dogs opportunities to run, explore and interact under the guidance of trained team members.
Before entering group play, each new dog completes our daycare evaluation and integration process. This gives our team time to learn about your dog’s play style, energy level and response to a new environment. Thoughtful introductions take place before group play so your dog can become familiar with the setting and other guests gradually.
Dogs who are not joining group play can still enjoy activity and personal attention. Private play sessions pair your dog with a trained team member for one-on-one movement and enrichment.
Dogs are grouped by size to help create a more appropriate play environment, allowing larger dogs to interact with others whose size and play style are more closely matched to their own.
Our outdoor play areas feature K9 Grass, a state-of-the-art artificial turf designed specifically for dogs. With Microban antimicrobial technology and a proprietary drainage system, it provides a durable, soft and paw-friendly surface for outdoor play.
Inside, climate-controlled play areas provide a comfortable setting year-round. Our trained team monitors each playgroup to help maintain a structured, engaging daycare environment.
Doggie daycare gives large dogs a productive outlet for physical activity, social interaction and mental engagement. Instead of spending a long day at home, approved guests can move freely during all-day group play and enjoy a change of scenery.
Regular daycare also introduces dogs to new routines, people and activities. Every dog responds differently, so our team works with pet parents to select an option that best meets the dog’s individual needs.
Our K9 Clean System supports total dog wellness through advanced HVAC systems, Pet Aerapy UV-light technology, antimicrobial flooring and thoughtful sanitation protocols using pet-safe products.

Luna has attended daycare at k9 resorts several times a week for the past year, including a fun summer camp. She absolutely loves it and the staff, and is always excited to go. The staff goes above and beyond. They have learned Luna’s personality and are very caring. They always let us know how Luna’s day went and alert us to any minor issues. We also love that we’re able to see how she is doing (on Instagram) throughout the day. The facility is lovely, with both indoor and outdoor areas. Definitely would recommend.

Our beloved Biko simply LOVES whenever he gets to stay at K9 Resorts in Garden City!! The staff is absolutely amazing and so loving, not only to Biko, but also to us. We truly feel so good about leaving him under their watchful care and he loves being able to play and socialize with all his playmates. We appreciate the pictures that we receive while away, which definitely eased our initial trepidation as new clients about a year ago.
