They’re an amazing facility! I feel completely at peace leaving my pets there when I travel. The staff truly care and give each pet personal attention based on their individual needs. I can tell my pets are happy and well cared for every time.
We recently adopted a new pup in April and had a few trips scheduled over the summer and needed to board her. K9 resorts was great! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating - there were a few times we needed to drop her off a bit early and it was no problem. They always know my dog when I arrive and the place is so clean and well run. I would definitely recommend!
K9 is fabulous... the staff, the facility and the standard of care. I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and I treat her like the queen she is. Only K9 would treat her the same way. I highly recommend this facility.
We absolutely love K9 resorts. We take rather extended vacations, approximately three weeks, yet we take comfort in knowing that Michael is being care of! The staff will provide us with updates on his well-being and daily activities; plus we can see the few photos they have posted on Instagram. We highly recommend K9 Resorts in Fairfield!
We scheduled our dog’s boarding and the process was easy and quick. We then stopped in to see the resort and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The facility was modern, beautiful and spotless. The doggy rooms are large and very clean. All of the dogs in the playroom were friendly and well behaved. I think our dog will feel at home here when he comes next week.
I cannot say enough positive things about K9 resorts and the incredible care they provide for my Great Dane, Presley. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that this facility prioritizes the well-being and happiness of every furry guest. The staff members are not only professional but also genuinely passionate about dogs, which is evident in the way they interact with Presley and all the other pups. I highly recommend K9 Resorts any pet parent looking for a trustworthy and loving environment for their furry family members. Espically if you have a very active pup like mine. I cannot say enough great things about this place. From the moment I walked in, I knew my pup was in the best hands. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly cares about every dog that comes through their doors. They always go above and beyond, from making sure the facility is spotless to taking the time to send adorable pictures of my dog having the best time playing. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s not just being cared for, but is genuinely happy while he’s there. I highly recommend them to any dog owner looking for a trustworthy and loving daycare!
