My Chihuahua, Roxy, stayed in K-9 Resort in Gallatin TN for 6 days and came home acting totally stress free. It’s always hard for me to leave her anywhere, but given how calm she was as we brought her home, I feel very comfortable sending her to K-9 again. In fact, I just booked her boarding for next summer already! Give them a try!.
Birdi LOVES all her human and doggie friends at doggie daycare. The facility is spotless, the staff is kind and LOVE the dogs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun place for their dog to spend some time away from home.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. It was reassuring to get a call from K9 Resorts, informing us that our dog was having a great day!
The check in and customer service has, overall, been very good. They've been accommodating for our 5 dogs each time that we've needed it. However, we try to reserve well in advance of our travel. The price is on the upscale side, because you're paying for services, space, and quality.
From the first moment you pull up in front of canine resorts in Gallatin, Tennessee, you know you’re at the right place there are designated parking spaces for drop off. The facility looks like the lobby of a hotel. The staff are all dressed professionally and greet you with a smile our dogs love to go there because they know they will be treated with love and care and have a great time during daycare or boarding. I highly recommend this location. K9 resorts is our only choice when we are bringing our dogs to daycare or boarding the saying “you get what you pay for” is absolutely true when you’re caring for one of your dogs that you love as a member of the family.
We have been trusting K9 with our sheepadoodle for two years now. The amount of care, professionalism and dedication they have to not just my dog but all others is so appreciated. We had left for two weeks for a vacation, and while we were gone, a dangerous winter storm hit Tennessee. We called every day to check on our baby, and we were always given reassurance that everything was safe and great there. They were prepared to protect each puppy and had a plan to stay there if needed. We constantly get reminded how lucky we are to have K9 as a place of trust and comfort for our sheepadoodle.
We are so pleased with all aspects of K9 Luxury Resorts in Gallatin. Our dog actually starts getting excited as soon as we turn off Gallatin Pike! We have used multiple services, including boarding, daycare and grooming. Prices are reasonable, but the most important thing is the friendly, upbeat and welcoming attitude of the staff. Everyone smiles … even our dog!
Absolutely love this place in the care of my fur babies. They get quality plattime time and lots of staff interaction. Love the fact I get updates and photos while I'm away so that I dont stress and worry about them. They are in good hands. It's worth every penny to know that they are being cared for and loved. We have been using K9 Resorts for many years now. Most have been up in Wisconsin at the Brookfield K9 Resort and now down here at the Gallitin K9 Resort and I have to say their standards are mostly the same. Only a few differences but the quality of care has been the same. Highly recommend if you value the care of your fur babies like you value your loved ones. This is the place.
As a pet parent, you always a bit nervous whenever your dog is under someone else’s care but when I leave my dog here, I’m super at ease. My pup can sometimes be a sour patch kid at switch of a hat but this team handles him perfectly! He is so comfortable being with them to the point his separation anxiety is at a minimal whenever I drop him off! Keep up the great work K9 resort because I strongly prefer him under your team’s care!
Our Rose is so happy at K9 Resorts! She is so excited to get out of the car when we pull in! The owner and staff are amazing and always so welcoming! This is our first experience with pet daycare and boarding and we can’t say enough about how much we appreciate them! We never worry about Rose while she’s in their care.
Our four legged baby had a great first day and she can’t wait to return. She was worn out from all the fun. The place is super clean and great friendly staff! Recommend for day care.
K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel Gallatin is a great place to take your furry friend when the time comes that you have to be away. The staff is very knowledgeable of the facility. They are professional and so kind to the PuPs or Cats that booked a stay. Their daycare is out standing the staff interacts with the PuPs so much. The Resort is spotless with the best sanitary and filtering systems on the market. Recently Nash hurt his back so it was under full rest .When he was cleared. My wive and I were having a good sized baby shower my daughter in law and son. So I called K9 to update them on his situation. they said we can accommodate him with one on one playtime. Because he was still not allowed to play with other dogs. It worked out great We appreciate everybody at K9.
I had to leave the country for work and have never left my dog without a family member. I decided to take my dog here for 9 days while I was gone and he had so much fun and was so well taken care of. ❤️ They allow you to text or call to check in and post photos on their social pages. I also really love that they have staff attended play with the dogs and there’s no bad smell of the facility. I 100% recommend taking your fur baby here.
We sent our fur baby to her own little vacation this weekend! She came home clean, smelled so clean, and sleepy! She played hard, and made so many friends! The ladies at the front desk explained that our girl warmed up so quickly and they enjoyed watching her come out of her shell! They gave me a courtesy call to let me know she was doing great, and it made our weekend away at a wedding- much less stressed! She can’t wait to go back!
We boarded our 9 month old Golden retriever for the first time ever while we visited family in Gallatin. This facility is nicer than many people hotels! Lol Of course we missed our baby, but he seemed to have had a great time playing with the other dogs. I was happy to hear that they are only in their kennels when they eat and sleep. We will definitely board him there again in the future!
From drop off to pick up and in between was nothing short of exceptional. The photos of our dog playing with all the other dogs made our vacation worry free. Cheech will be back again for sure!
The best daycare overnight stay for my babies. This place is a palace for the furbies. Anthony, and staff gave us the tour. We were pleasantly pleased and the care of each individual need of our dogs is such a blessing. Never smell the doggy smells because of their Eco system filtration. Highly recommend for you doggy needs. Wonderful friendly people loving on our babies the way we do! Thank you k9 luxury resorts
My dog has now been twice for doggie daycare. The place and personnel are impressive. You can see they all love dogs. The facility is sparkling clean and absolutely beautiful. Most importantly, my dog LOVES K9 Resorts in Gallatin!!
