I left my 2 beagles there for 6 days and requested they gat bathed. I’ve been getting daily repot cards via email and when picked up my dogs they felt fairly comfortable and clean. I appreciated the simplicity of checking in and checking out very much. I also very highly appreciated the cleanness and smell of the facility. The team seemed very friendly and explained everything they were doing.
Great service and pricing. I appreciate that your dogs get to join daycare and play while boarding. I definitely recommend using them! My only complaint is that the report card messages feel a bit generic and AI generated (although this may be a new feature they're still testing). It would be nice if they felt a little more personal and thoughtful.
We have been sending our dog to K9 Resorts for occasional daycare for over one year. He is always happy and excited whenever we take him in. I know our dog is in good hands while he is there. The staff is so kind and it is obvious that they love dogs. They post Instagram photos of the dogs throughout the day and the photos of my dog always show him happy and playing. I highly recommend this facility!
My pup loves going to daycare at K9. And I love him coming home and laying down! He sleeps and eats so much better now. He goes 5 days a week and starts whimpering and wagging his tail when I pull into the parking lot. They also take the cutest holiday photos! I give them 2 thumbs up!!
Our 70lb labradoodle spent Spring Break 2026 here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and reasonably priced. We appreciated the updates and photos from the report card they sent out every 2 days. We will use them again!

My poodle stayed overnight and had the opportunity to play with other dogs during the day. Dogs are grouped by size which provides a lot of comfort to me. This place is squeaky clean and the playground area is nice and spacious. You have a choice of sleeping quarters in accordance with the size of your dog. They log all of your dogs belongings. They are very thorough. Each of the staff members I met are awesome caring and courteous. I couldn't before pleased.
This was our first time at K9 and also the first time coming back from vacation and our one dog wasn’t depressed! We watched for their pictures daily on Instagram and loved their progress reports. We could tell in the pictures they were so happy which allowed us to relax. Both our girls stayed together in a luxury suite and we did the one-on-one play which was perfect for them. We were honestly nervous because we haven’t had success in the past but I would absolutely bring them back here! Yay thank you! 🙏
Best boarding and daycare facility in Katy! We love it and it’s the only place for our Bichon Remy. Staff is wonderful, the facility clean and Remy comes home happy and healthy. Thank you for providing such excellent care 🫶🫶🫶
Josie is content now that she is used to going to K9 Resorts at Katy. The staff is so supportive, giving her the attention she needs to feel safe. I appreciate how we came up with a way to meet her specific needs. Josie is so loving and sweet and K9 Resorts at Katy lets her be herself while in their care. Highly recommended!
I originally too Sarah to become socialized. She seems to love going and is especially tired when I pick her up so I know she has been playing with the other dogs. Everyone there is extremely accommodating and nice when I call or stop in.
Sadie Mae had a wonderful experience! We had to board her as we took a last minute trip to Dallas. I told K9 that if they could get her to play with other dogs (she is fearful and defensive), they would be my heroes. And guess what? Sadie, after a day or so, warmed up and became friendly and comfortable around the other dogs! We are very grateful and will bring her for weekly playdates to continue her socialization. They took great care of her and kept us in the loop with Instagram photos. Thank you, K9 Resorts!
Luna has attended daycare at k9 resorts several times a week for the past year, including a fun summer camp. She absolutely loves it and the staff, and is always excited to go. The staff goes above and beyond. They have learned Luna’s personality and are very caring. They always let us know how Luna’s day went and alert us to any minor issues. We also love that we’re able to see how she is doing (on Instagram) throughout the day. The facility is lovely, with both indoor and outdoor areas. Definitely would recommend.
We can’t thank you enough for taking such wonderful care of Maggie while we were out of town. A picture is worth a thousand words and the daily pictures we received assured us that she was happy, content and having a wonderful time. We also heard that she LOVED the daily ice cream treat! She will be back soon for more fun!! Thanks again!!
It was my first time using the daycare for my dog. Booking appointment was very easy. The whole process was very easy and quick. Place was very clean and organized. I follow them on instagram and their pictures were great. Will definitely used them again.
Our 9 month old labradoodle loves coming here! She has stayed for day care and an extended boarding stay. She is always so happy to go and comes home sleepy!! Love following them on instagram to get pics and video updates while she is there! Our older dog doesn’t do well with boarding but our puppy loves it here! The staff are also so nice and friendly!!
The absolute best place to leave your baby. Dash goes for the daycare and attended their “summer camp” activities. All types of boarding choices are great!
We have found our dogs' home away from home. Our two dogs love it when we drop them off. The place is clean and employees are thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. We even received report cards for our dogs. I would be sad leaving our dogs but I'm now happy for them to go and play. If I could give this place more stars, I would. I'm such a happy customer and owner of very happy dogs. Thank you, K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel - Kay employees for being so great!
My dog has been going to K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel in Katy since it opened. All of the staff has been trained in dog behavior, which makes me feel better that they truly understand dog behavior. The staff does a great job of taking care of my dog Meaux. He has a great time at daycare and I have total confidence that he’s safe and having a good time when he’s there.
Our miniature red poodle has not stayed overnight with a group of dogs. We were concerned how she would do, socially. Turns out she was exposed to other dogs her size and seemed well-adjusted when we brought her back home after a week. During this week, Hurricane Beryl hit Houston. K9R kept us informed throughout the week, including moving our little red to a K9R location which did not lose power. This had to be an enormous undertaking of moving dogs to a new location. Our poodle seemed to be fine when we picked her up. The staff is caring and thoughtful. I would fully recommend K9R to anyone who values their dog’s well-being.
