The staff was very patient and kind. My dog had a wonderful experience and he requires skilled professionals as he is sensitive. He enjoyed his stay and we will become a regular customer.

We feel very confident that our pup is in good, caring hands when we go on vacation. They send and post lots of photos and videos for us to see him in action. It makes our day! The facility is clean and the staff is so friendly! We highly recommend the Mount Pleasant location!

My husband and I were recently in Greece and left our pups with K9 resorts. 2 days into our trip they reached out to us to let us know that one of our dogs was having an irritated eye issue. They were monitoring the situation and would keep us posted. They reached back out the next day and let us know that they took her to our vet and she was given drops. They administered the medicine and kept us up to date the entire time. The peace of mind of knowing our dogs are in great hands secured us as customers for life. Thank you K9 Resorts!

I really enjoy taking my dog to K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel for boarding. They take very good care of her. If there are any issues with her they don’t hesitate to reach out to me. My dog just loves everyone. She gets so excited when approached the front doors. She knows she will be pampered.

We have been coming to K-9 Resorts since our Murphy was a young pup and he loves it. He attends day care, “camp”, gets to dress up for Halloween, play soccer, football, and other specially designed activities to keep him safe and busy during his day. We couldn’t be happier and feel very comfortable when he boards here too!

After having a not-so-great experience at Ella’s previous daycare, finding this place has been a complete breath of fresh air—literally and figuratively. Ella comes home tired, clean, and happy every time. The resort is spotless, and it’s clear the staff take their work seriously and truly care about the dogs. One of my favorite parts is how excited Ella gets when we arrive—she pulls me through the door and insists on saying hi (and goodbye) to everyone. While they don’t have live cameras, they more than make up for it with regular Instagram updates so you can see your pup playing with their friends. I can’t give this place enough praise.
