Our dog Daisy May has been going to K9 resorts since she was a puppy. We could not speak more highly of this business. Every day, Daisy sprints into the door excited to see all of her friends. The staff is exceptionally friendly and treats her like she’s family. I know every day she’s in good hands and having the time of her life!
The staff was very patient and kind. My dog had a wonderful experience and he requires skilled professionals as he is sensitive. He enjoyed his stay and we will become a regular customer.
We feel very confident that our pup is in good, caring hands when we go on vacation. They send and post lots of photos and videos for us to see him in action. It makes our day! The facility is clean and the staff is so friendly! We highly recommend the Mount Pleasant location!
My husband and I were recently in Greece and left our pups with K9 resorts. 2 days into our trip they reached out to us to let us know that one of our dogs was having an irritated eye issue. They were monitoring the situation and would keep us posted. They reached back out the next day and let us know that they took her to our vet and she was given drops. They administered the medicine and kept us up to date the entire time. The peace of mind of knowing our dogs are in great hands secured us as customers for life. Thank you K9 Resorts!
I really enjoy taking my dog to K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel for boarding. They take very good care of her. If there are any issues with her they don’t hesitate to reach out to me. My dog just loves everyone. She gets so excited when approached the front doors. She knows she will be pampered.
We have been coming to K-9 Resorts since our Murphy was a young pup and he loves it. He attends day care, “camp”, gets to dress up for Halloween, play soccer, football, and other specially designed activities to keep him safe and busy during his day. We couldn’t be happier and feel very comfortable when he boards here too!
Cannot rave about this place enough! My pup has been attending their facility since he was 4mo he's about to be 4. They have taken outstanding care of him over the years and I cannot thank them enough. Spotlessly clean facility, friendly informative staff, and amazing service all around! I've never trusted a place more than K9 Resorts to take care of my baby while I'm at work or on holiday! Highly recommend!
K9 Resorts in Mt P is the best! They love my pup, and she is excited to see the team every time she goes for daycare or boarding. The team is so friendly and professional, and I always know my dog is well cared for when she is there. I also love how clean the facility is - I feel like I'm walking into a spa every time I go inside.

Our golden retriever, Enzo can’t get enough of K9 Resorts for both daycare and boarding! The staff is truly exceptional, treating him like family and ensuring he’s safe, well cared for, and having a blast with playtime. After having a not-so-great experience at Ella’s previous daycare, finding this place has been a complete breath of fresh air—literally and figuratively. Ella comes home tired, clean, and happy every time. The resort is spotless, and it’s clear the staff take their work seriously and truly care about the dogs. One of my favorite parts is how excited Ella gets when we arrive—she pulls me through the door and insists on saying hi (and goodbye) to everyone. While they don’t have live cameras, they more than make up for it with regular Instagram updates so you can see your pup playing with their friends. I can’t give this place enough praise. Huge thanks to K9 Resort and the amazing staff for everything you do!
Our dog was attacked by another dog about two years ago and it’s been difficult for us to leave her with other dogs. We called K9 Resorts and they were able to accommodate our needs and address our concerns. We are happy with our choice!
This is one of the best daycares I’ve taken my dogs to. I was skeptical at first since it’s a large corporate company; however, they have an individual approach to each client and their pet. All the staff remember my dogs and know their preferences immediately. Additionally, anytime I call, the staff are helpful, caring, and patient. The facility is a fortress so there’s peace of mind when leaving your dog for boarding or daycare. You’re able to text the facility for updates about your dog throughout the day. Finally, I feel like their pricing is reasonable for the type of care they provide to your dog. I highly recommend this facility!

Cooper loves staying at K9 pet resort! He always comes home excited and exhausted. It has made him more social with other dogs and has helped build his confidence! So comforting to have someone you trust while you go on vacation to watch your 4 legged bff! We love k9 pet resort!
