The smile on Milo’s face says everything you need to know about K9 Resort.. The staff here is absolutely incredible and if it’s possible I think they love my pup as much as I do. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs their services and love knowing that their pup is in good hands while you have to be away from them.

Our pup can’t wait to play with her friends at K-9 daycare. She comes home happy (and exhausted). Everyone is so sweet, knows her by name, and clearly the staff loves animals. The facility is clean, safe, and well maintained. We love having K-9 in our community.

Edit 12/2/2026 The manager of K9 reached out to me the very next day I unfortunately missed her call with with the thanksgiving holiday I hadn’t returned her call, the owner Max sent a text message asking to have a phone call which I was happy to do after my holiday company left. Max is exactly the kind of business owner that any customer would want to work with. He let me tell my whole story and remembered my dogs and myself from our first stay in August. Max gave a much clearer explanation on what the color coded collars meant and procedures in the lobby and why we didn’t receive regular updates like we had expected (it’s for first timers and not returning pets). Whether we use K9 again is up in the air for us personally, but speaking with Max and their team’s willingness to make it right speaks volumes on the business and how much the care. Original post: (Boarding specific) My experience here with k9 boarding hasn’t been the greatest, and I took my dogs twice just in case our first experience was singular, unfortunately no. The first time we used them we were told they would send daily pictures and updates, we didn’t get a picture or update until we called them two days later, when picking up our dogs our billing account was wrong and we were told that we owed twice as much as we expected to pay luckily a manager was there and let us pay what we had expected to pay. This most recent boarding experience we got no update again, even though our dogs apparently got sick. When picking them up they weren’t ready which wasn’t an issue for us so we payed the remainder and sat to wait, when a tech was bringing our dogs out another employee YELLED “DONT BRING THOSE RED COLLAR DOGS OUT HERE” there was another customer and her dog in the lobby and she was visibly scared and shocked like us. Zero explanation just took this other dog back and we were brought ours. My husband loaded them in the car and I asked a lady at the desk what it meant to be red collar, she told us it was because our dogs aren’t fixed, not that they’re aggressive or anything. Maybe try a different place for boarding.

Our pup has been going to this resort for a month now for daycare and boarding. I honestly can’t say one thing negative about the facility or the staff. They are all well trained and give all the dogs equal attention. The facility is immaculate and they value the importance of clean air and environment for the fur babies. Our baby was a rescue dog and had a ton of anxiety with meeting new people and other dogs. He now has no problem running up to all the staff to say hi and gets so excited when we get close to dropping him off. He has lots of besties that he runs around with all day and by the time I pick him up after work he is worn out and ready for bed which is a lot to expect from a six month old puppy. He has since stopped chewing on our furniture and blinds which I assume was out of boredom because we couldn’t keep up with his energy level :). I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs to board their baby without having the concern of whether or not they will be taken care of like you would yourself. I would also recommend sending them to day care at least a few times a week to help socialize them and burn off some extra energy. My husband and I as well as Wrigley (our fur baby) LOVE, LOVE, LOVE K9 Resorts and the staff that work so hard to care for our baby and keep the facility clean for him!!!

We love K9 Resorts! Bess is always excited to go for daycare and loves the staff. They are kind and caring and always so welcoming. They are our go-to for both daycare and boarding!

I’ve been bringing my dog to daycare at K9 Resorts 5 days/week for the last 14 months. Dart LOVES coming, LOVES the staff, and LOVES all of the fun activities! She knows when we turn on the road and gets so excited every day. The staff is phenomenal and it’s evident they are there because they love dogs. K9 Resorts has been a lifesaver for my social dog who loves to play with her doggie friends!

I started bringing my large dog, Enchilada here. He loves it and it’s really helped his social skills and he has learned how to be a dog and how to properly play and get exercise.

K9 Resort Rogers was awesome! Max and his wife run an impeccably maintained, friendly and professional operation. We were so happy to return from a Europe trip to find our Doberman Enzo happy and healthy. Definitely a cut above other local boarding places where Enzo needed 2 or 3 days recovery to get back to normal after staying there. Highly recommend K9resorts!

K9 Pet Resort is amazing! Our chocolate lab loves everyone there!! Every time we bring Hank everyone just gets so excited to see him! We know he loves it because he immediately runs to the back when we get there! Definitely recommend!

My sweet girl is/was very shy around other dogs. We wanted her to get extra exercise and socialization twice a week. She hates being away from home. Now, when she gets down the road and realizes she is going to day care, she gets excited. She starts crying until she gets inside. She visits each person at the counter and then jumps on the door that gets her to her friends. Very clean and we love that she loves K9 Resorts. I purchase several days at a time to get the cheapest rate possible.
