We had the BEST experience at K9 Pet Hotel! Ellie's first visit was absolutely wonderful; I had concerns, especially since she was a rescue. The staff were so watchful and patient with Ellie (and me!), making sure she felt safe with the other dogs, while answering ALL my questions. She had a wonderful time as Ethan watched closely ---and I got to watch her interaction with other dogs as well! Thank you to all at K9!
My dog loves going to K9! All staff members are very courteous, down-to-earth, and always display a positive attitude to me and my dog. In addition, the entire establishment is immaculate, the dogs have access to indoor/outdoor play all day, and the checkin/checkout process is so easy. I highly recommend K9 - the very best operation I’ve experienced in Scottsdale.
We took Molly, our 90lb bernedoodle, to K9 Resorts for the first time and she was taken care of so well. All of the staff that we met were super friendly. Molly is normally a little shy around other dogs but she made a friend that day due to the patient of the staff introducing her to the other dogs one at a time. We’ll definitely be back when we are in the area again!
Our pup pulls me to the door of K9 Resorts when we arrive. She is always looking forward to interacting with the staff and the other dogs at daycare. And when she gets home, she’s good and tired. The K9 team is very attentive and does a great job of supervising the pups. I highly recommend K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel
My golden retrievers love visiting this place for dog daycare. The facilities are very nice, the grounds are kept clean and cool, and the place seems well staffed. All of the employees we have met have been very nice, responsible and attentive to the needs of their charges. Our customer experience over the past year has been exceptional. Two thumbs way up!
Sophie & Winston love it here. They offer figu water and the lobby looks like a 5 star hotel. The staff are very friendly and clearly care about the dogs as well. Highly recommend!
I have 2 puppies at 8 months old and I am very particular about where they stay. I dropped by and toured to place and the first impression was excellent. Very clean and smells amazing. I couldn’t have been more impressed. The staff clearly loves dogs and I feel comfortable with my babies staying there. We board our dogs one night a week to allow them to socialize and gives us a night off so we will be using k9 regularly! Only thing I wish they had was cameras clients could access but the staff is great when I text, they send pictures so I can overlook this. Most importantly the pups come home exhausted and are so excited to go back!
I bring my 1 year old husky here for doggie day care and he LOVES it! He almost jumps out of my car before we enter the parking lot. I would highly recommend them! The only place I’d trust with my pup!
This was my dog’s second stay. 5 days the first time and 4 days the second time. Sophie comes out to me when I pick her up and seems very happy. She also had her birthday while there- and they celebrated it with her - a birthday picture and some special treats. Sophie’s is an older Chiweenie with only 20% vision. It is easy for her to be overwhelmed. She is not overwhelmed there. She will be staying again!
I absolutely adore the employees here. They truly make you feel like youre dropping your pup off to family and I cant begin to tell you how comforting that is. My boy is my everything and I hesitate to leave him with my own parents so knowing I can drop him off any day for any amount of time and not have to worry is worth every single penny. Genuinely, every single person that works there is top notch!
I have been bringing our dog to K9 Resorts for only a couple months. So far I have only used daycare. Our dog gets excited each time he goes and gets exercise and fun. The facility is extremely clean and always smells so fresh. The staff is always very courteous. I would definitely recommend trying it if you haven’t been.
Friendly caring staff ! Incredibly clean - the lobby smells so good ! I wish I could stay there ! They frequently do picture day giving you a fun 3x6 photo of your fur baby ! We are very happy !🐾❤️
Staff was very patient and understanding of my dog’s temperament. They answered all of my questions and made me very comfortable about leaving her in their care for the day. Definitely will bring her back!
1st time boarding my pup here. The experience was tip top. Felt like my boy was staying at the palace🤭😃 he seems calmer since returning home. prices were very reasonable. Thanks K9 resort- Scottsdale, see you soon for daycare!❤️
Our dog LOVES going here for the day! On top of the impressive facility, the staff is top notch. The special event days are a big hit. (Attached photo is from K9 birthday.) We recommend K9 to all our dog friends. Thank you K9 for loving our Sun Devil Dog.
Very impressed with the staff and the quality of care they provide. Our little man is only 6 months old and 7 pounds, he did great on his first day. We received a report card with photos on his process. Great for socialization since he is the only dog.
I have been taking my dachshund Franklin to K9 for daycare the past few weeks. The facility is very clean, the staff is always so nice and inviting. Franklin always comes home happy and tired from all the play he gets! It’s the perfect option for me to take my dog to daycare while I am at work. I will definitely take him to boarding there as well since he loves the staff so much. I love the indoor/outdoor areas and they have so many options for playtime as well as relaxing time for them as well.
