I left my dog for a few nights while I was out of town and K9 Resorts took excellent care of her!! My dog came back happy and tired which is a win in my book. I love that they sent her to daycare during the day to socialize with the other dogs. The report cards they sent out gave me peace of mind while I was out of town & we’re just adorable. I will definitely be returning for daycare/boarding. Pricy but 100% worth it since they treated my dog as their own 😊

We absolutely love K9 Resorts! The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about our Lilly. She gets excited as soon as she realizes where we’re going, and we always pick up one very happy and very tired little girl! It gives us great peace of mind knowing Lilly is somewhere safe, clean, and well cared for. Five stars from us and four paws up from Lilly!

Amazing experience start to finish. Boarded my dog and when my flight got reschedule for three days later than I was supposed to come back they were super helpful and accomodating. The $99 special is SUCH a steal and my dog left happy everyday, not to mention the pictures for the weekly activities being adorable. Mary Alex and truly the whole team were the friendliest of faces and my dog loved each one more than the next. Definitely bring your fur baby here!

Daisy May had the best experience at K-9. She was well taken care of and the staff went above and beyond for her. I received photos of her and text messages on how she was doing. We will definitely be using them again for future vacations.

Zou has an amazing time today . The staff was friendly the facilities are immaculate when I picked him up, he didn’t smell like dogs. He was happy to be there and I was happy to have them there.

Luna girl is attached to my hip, HOWEVER when we pull into the parking lot of K9 resorts she is ecstatic! The staff always refers to Luna by name, gives descriptive details about her stay and how much they love her. We genuinely feel appreciated as customers and will continue to bring Luna back when in need of care. Also, the photos during her stay bring me so much joy and comfort while I’m away from her 🤍

I have to admit I was a little skeptical taking my dog to a boarding place but after doing research and coming across k9 luxury hotel and resort, I’m happy to say I’m 1000% bringing my baby Hemi back there. They took such great care of him, he looked so happy in the pictures they sent me of him doing is little activities 😊

Absolutely fantastic place to take your fur baby! My wife and I have taken our little one to other boarding places before, and haven't always had great experiences, but the staff at K9 made all those worries disappear the moment we stepped into the building! From the beginning, we have been impressed with the service and care our dog (and even us!) have received! Ashlee, one of the front desk girls, was incredibly friendly and patient with us as we asked a million questions about the facility and specific dog care, and was even kind enough to offer us an impromptu tour (we had been in the area and decided to drop by and ask some questions) but that was no problem for the K9 staff! The process to create an account and book was incredibly easy, with the front desk being patient as we explained our little girl is a rescue and is scared of most men. The staff assured us that they would do everything they could to make her feel comfortable and safe with them. They even offered to send us photo updates so we could see how our little baby was doing, which my wife and daughter greatly appreciated. We got the most amazing pictures of our puppy playing with other dogs, and even playing with one of the male staff members, which was such a big moment for her. It just goes to show you how much time and effort that the K9 staff put into making all the puppies comfortable and safe around them. At checkout, Ashlee let us know that our girl had really come out of her shell and was loving the playtime with the other doggies, which was amazing to hear! She showed us tons of pictures of her, and we saw so many of the staff playing with our girl. She had the biggest smiley face in every photo! After her stay, she was so worn out, but the happiest we have ever seen her. We had to bring her back in for daycare and look forward to more stays with a staff that ensures our doggies happiness, safety, and comfort. There isn't a place we trust more than K9 Resorts with our precious girl 💕

We boarded our dog at K9 Resorts in Chandler for the weekend and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The facility was extremely clean and quiet, which gave us total peace of mind. They anticipated our arrival and made sure our dog had everything he needed for a successful stay. We also appreciated the daily text updates—they kept us informed without being overwhelming. Best of all, our dog came home clean and freshly bathed. Highly recommend K9 Resorts Chandler for anyone looking for reliable, caring boarding. We’ll definitely be back!

Teddy is nervous around new people, but she can’t get out of the car fast enough when we get to K-9. She absolutely loves the staff which is so reassuring we when drop her off for daycare or overnight stays. Everyone is so caring and attentive— they treat her like their very own.

We have been using K9 Resorts in Malvern for a few years now for both boarding and daycare, but more frequently in recent months because we have a new pup with lots of energy to get out. I have to say while we’ve never had a bad experience in the past, the current staff is amazing and is exceeding my expectations to the point that it’s worth raving about. I have not met one person who hasn’t been helpful, kind and personable. They all seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs, and the love they show for our pups is unmatched. The place is always extremely clean and well cared for. I like that they periodically send us photos of our dogs when they are there for daycare. Whether I reach out through the customer portal or email, I always get a response in a timely manner. Our boy Milo loves doggie daycare and it’s great to have a place close to home that takes such good care of him!

My wife and I have been bringing our Mini Bernie Doodle Tucker here for the last year. We have done it for our wedding/honeymoon, over night stays for going out and being with family, 10 day vacation to California. We have used 2 other places and one was on the east side of the state and was good too however I’d have to pay them using my first born child and a leg. Second place was pet smart… We dropped him off for 1 day and picked him up and he was skittish and peed almost immediately leaving the building like a river. Making me think he hadn’t gone to the bathroom. Anyways, we were one of the first/early customers of theirs and they have been nothing but awesome. He is always happy when he comes home and I really thing he likes it. It’s not crazy expensive and they have an active social media so you can even see your doggos play. On our California trip we missed him and we got to see his furry face and it really made us happy. I’m a Veteran with PTSD and he helps me with it so see him made me feel good. My main comment to the owners and staff, do not change. Continue to hold the standard you have now and maintain that for years to come. Your efforts are felt and appreciated!

It’s been a little over a month since we started taking our puppy, Midas, to daycare and he absolutely loves it. He gets so excited when we park. After daycare, he knocks out! We take him twice a week, and it’s helping him socialize and burn some energy while we work. Also, the people there are amazing, like Mary, who greets Midas every morning, and you can tell how much she cares for him. She made sure he would have a smooth transition from small dogs to big dogs because he was very shy and moved on to big dogs gradually, and we can definitely tell his confidence has grown. They made sure he was ready to move to the big dog daycare. Also, Alex is super nice and gives us the cutest updates! Everyone there is lovely and you can tell they love their jobs! This daycare helped us soooo much! We recommend it! Thank you, K9 Resorts!!!!!

K9 pet resorts in Overland Park did such a great job with my dog. They are very thorough with their screening process and giving of information upfront. They also provide many options to personalize your pet’s day or stay and are incredibly accommodating to the individual needs of your pet. The people that work there seem to all enjoy what they do and make you feel great about leaving your pet there with them. I would highly recommend this “resort” for both doggy daycare and boarding.

My first experiences with K9 Resort have been so great for my puppy. I was nervous about boarding her at just 5 months old but was in a bind and had no other options. The staff has been so kind and welcoming, they put me at ease. Very happy with the boarding and daycare services.

It was my boy's first day today and I was nervous dropping him off. He's very friendly usually but reluctant to a place he had never been before. He ended up doing so well and met new friends. I was relieved to hear he was doing so well from the staff. They accommodated us and welcomed us in and the whole process was a breeze. We will definitely be back to help my dog socialize and also get some exercise and play time in!

We absolutely enjoy bringing our pet to K-9 luxury resort in Brookfield Wisconsin. We know that she will get the best care possible. It’s clean it smells clean ! The staff is amazing with our fur friend ! And that is a big big plus they do fun activities with the fur friends . When we board her, they send updated pictures every day to us making sure that we’re comfortable they’re comfortable and we can have a nice vacation knowing that our friend is well taken care of doggy care is phenomenal. Ginger goes there and I feel in my heart, she loves it.

My grand puppies go to K9 Resort and they love it. They have made so many dog friends and get so excited when I tell them they are going to school. The staff does an exception job caring for all of our puppies. K9 has events 2 days per week and the staff makes sure all puppies have the best time ever. The pictures are the best. I look forward to going on FB and seeing all the fun the puppies have. I recommend giving K9 Resorts a try and see for yourself how great a place it truly is.

My dog goes to K9 three days a week for a half day of daycare and absolutely loves it! He gets all his energy out, and I know he’s being well taken care of by the amazing K9 staff. They are all so kind, and send photos of my pup often, which we love. Can’t recommend K9 more for my high energy dog!
