Absolutely fantastic place to take your fur baby! My wife and I have taken our little one to other boarding places before, and haven't always had great experiences, but the staff at K9 made all those worries disappear the moment we stepped into the building! From the beginning, we have been impressed with the service and care our dog (and even us!) have received! Ashlee, one of the front desk girls, was incredibly friendly and patient with us as we asked a million questions about the facility and specific dog care, and was even kind enough to offer us an impromptu tour (we had been in the area and decided to drop by and ask some questions) but that was no problem for the K9 staff! The process to create an account and book was incredibly easy, with the front desk being patient as we explained our little girl is a rescue and is scared of most men. The staff assured us that they would do everything they could to make her feel comfortable and safe with them. They even offered to send us photo updates so we could see how our little baby was doing, which my wife and daughter greatly appreciated. We got the most amazing pictures of our puppy playing with other dogs, and even playing with one of the male staff members, which was such a big moment for her. It just goes to show you how much time and effort that the K9 staff put into making all the puppies comfortable and safe around them. At checkout, Ashlee let us know that our girl had really come out of her shell and was loving the playtime with the other doggies, which was amazing to hear! She showed us tons of pictures of her, and we saw so many of the staff playing with our girl. She had the biggest smiley face in every photo! After her stay, she was so worn out, but the happiest we have ever seen her. We had to bring her back in for daycare and look forward to more stays with a staff that ensures our doggies happiness, safety, and comfort. There isn't a place we trust more than K9 Resorts with our precious girl 💕

We have utilized K9 resorts for daycare and boarding on numerous occasions. I really like the option to be able to book my girl her very own private suite (8x8) sound proof and even has a tv! I value the space and care she receives while she is there! She always comes home happy and tired out so I know she had a good time! We highly recommend K9 Resorts in Audubon for any daycare and boarding needs you may have.

My dog is a rescue dog that had a hard start to life. We just adopted her this year, and my fiance and I had hesitations about boarding her for the first time as we had a vacation heading up. I am so glad that we went with K9 Resorts of Audubon. I feel that they gave our little girl an experience that was just right for her. Shes a very shy and scared dog, so she unfortunately would not do well in daycare, but she was still able to get personal playtime with a human friend there multiple times a day. At the start of it, we dropped off a pup that would instantly shiver at the suggestion of a stranger of being around, and when we picked her up, she was so happy and now she's an amazing amount less afraid of strangers. I know she was treated with kindness and empathy. Ashlee and Melissa took such good care and consideration with taking care of our most precious baby girl while we were away. She also came back smelling really well! I also appreciated the fact that they are vet owned, and the owners are very kind. I even prefer this location at Audubon over other K9's because I know if there's ever an unpredicted emergency, they would be the best people to make sure our baby is coming home safe. Although we just did boarding, I hope Gina (our pup) can return for daycare on those crazy days when she's built more confidence. But for that week she spent there, her confidence made such an improvement despite her being a very timid soul. I cannot recommend this place anymore. I think Maddhu and Jagat, the owners, built a very special place, and for that, I am very grateful. Even when we were picking up, some of the pet care technicians came out to see little baby Gina off, and I'm just so glad she had a whole team of people who supported and loved her while we were gone.

I was a little concerned about boarding my GSD anywhere. After reading reviews and speaking to the owner at K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel, I decided to give them a try. My GSD is a rescue and reactive to other dogs and people. So we set up an observation appointment for King to see how he would do. My concerns apparently were not justified, as King got a "Well Done" for his visit. Check in is easy, the staff was very friendly. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this location.

Owner & staff are kind, friendly, easy to work with & are always happy to see my minpin. The facility is clean & tidy with no odors. I love the pictures they post & I like the different events offered to keep my dog active and engaged. My minpin loves going to daycare there & comes home exhausted. I also boarded him there and he was well taken care of. I was 100%satisfied. What else can you ask for.

I was honestly pretty nervous about starting doggie daycare with my 12‑week‑old puppy. As much as I would have loved to keep her home, traveling for work and my husband running his own business made daycare the most practical decision for our situation. Choosing K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel Audubon ended up being the best choice we could have made. From the very first day, I could tell she was well cared for—and most importantly, she absolutely loves it. The staff made me feel at ease, and the environment is clean, professional, and clearly designed with dogs’ happiness and safety in mind. By the time we pick her up, she’s completely exhausted from all the playtime (in the best way possible!). It’s such a relief knowing she’s not only being watched, but having fun, socializing, and enjoying her day. Highly recommend K9 Resorts Audubon for anyone who’s on the fence—especially fellow puppy parents. 🐾

Our pub always comes home excited and happy. This is not The experience we have had with other boarding places. We love it here and we can tell they love our pup too. Thank you for giving our little buddy a safe and secure place so we don’t worry while we are away.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with K9 Resorts in Audubon, Pa.! Our senior Yorkie had never been boarded before, so we were understandably nervous — but the staff went above and beyond to make him feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. He came home calm, happy, and clearly well looked after. It gave us such peace of mind knowing he was in such loving hands. We are so grateful and would absolutely recommend K9 Resorts, especially for anyone with a senior dog or a first-time boarder.

My dog Benson has the best time here! He is so excited to go in and is always exhausted when he returns home. They do a great job of posting photos online so you can see your puppy and the staff is always so friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend daycare and looking forward to boarding my dog here if needed in the future!

The owner was truly an angel. She helped me find last minute accommodations and did it on Christmas Night! She was friendly and helpful. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly love dogs. My dogs felt right at home and came back happy. The facility was clean, safe, and welcoming. It truly is a wonderful resort for our dogs. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and loving place for their dog!

I have been taking my dog here for a few months now and I can not say better things about it! My dog has a lot of anxiety issues and the daycare we went to before actually asked him to not come back. When I found K9, they were nothing but welcoming for Ollie. He warmed up quickly with their amazing time and care. Now, he gets excited in the car when he knows where we are driving to! He runs in tail wagging. I have seen some improvement with his reactivity as well. The staff here is so amazing, I am so happy with this place!

Highly recommend! We’ve been so happy with the dog daycare here at K9 Resorts of Audubon. The areas we’ve seen are spotless, the staff is so very nice and really great with our dog (shout out to Melissa and Ashley for always being so helpful and happy to see our dog - thank you!). Our pup wags her tail at drop off and is tired at the end of the day.

I have 2 active dogs that go to K9 and they LOVE every minute! The staff is so attentive and always have enrichment activities planned. We especially love bubble day, pup cup day and arts and crafts. We lovingly call it preschool at home and when I mention preschool they get so excited ready to start their day. Honestly, the best thing I ever did for my boys was enrolling them weekly at K9. Dogs need interaction and enrichment and they are the best in the area. I will also mention that it is meticulously maintained. It truly is a pet resort. I highly recommend K9.

We use the boarding and daycare for our pup Jett. He absolutely loves it and get so excited bouncing around when we pull onto their road. The staff is so friendly and we'll trained. We would recommend this place to anyone with dogs! They do such a great job with the pups

i’ve been taking my dog, Lyla to K9 Resorts of Audubon for about 2 years now and absolutely love it! it has been great for socialization and place to get her energy out. the staff has always been nothing but accommodating and give Lyla so much love. i truly cannot recommend this place enough!

Our dog loves it here! It is great to get some of her energy out and get her socialized and stimulated during our heavy work weeks. We use day care at least once a week to keep her happy. And when we do travel without her, the boarding here is easy. She already loves the place for daycare so boarding is a great no stress option for her. Prices are on par for other places and the quality of care is top notch! The pic attached is of the day after daycare, when she’s still tired out from a day of play!

We boarded our dogs here while on a 2 week vacation. They were well treated and seemed to have a great time. Social media posts allowed us to spot our dogs a few times having fun. The best thing was our dogs got daycare as part of boarding, so they got to play with other dogs for hours every day. They were returned to us bathed, happy, and exhausted. Even better, k9's prices were less than we had been paying elsewhere. Fully satisfied and will use them again.

We boarded our 4 little chihuahuas here for a week and we are were highly satisfied. I called a couple times and the receptionists were very helpful and friendly. One time I called the receptionist said she had Tater on her lap because he seemed a bit overwhelmed in daycare, and another time they said he wasn't eating, but they were persistent and found something he liked. So right there I knew they were watching and caring for my babies. After we picked them up on a Sunday, I emailed them after 9pm with a question, not expecting an answer until the next day, the owner emailed me right back and my question was resolved right away. They are wonderful! The facility is clean, doesn't smell like dog, receptionists are very friendly and helpful, seem quite attentive to the dogs, just all around wonderful! Will definitely come back with Cricket, Honey, Oscar and Tater!

Perfection! We are a small rescue, Animal Friends Furever, and we found ourselves in a tough situation because of a human’s actions. We suddenly had a dog, Honey, with nowhere to go. My first contact was with Ashley, and I couldn’t believe how kind and accommodating she was. Honey was in bad shape, and I called 2-3 times a day, but no one ever made me feel like a burden. The owners, who are veterinarians, gave Honey something to help her relax, and within three days, this terrified dog was calm and learning to trust again. I spoke with the owner Dr. Madhu Munthala and nearly every employee there—each one was compassionate, understanding, and dedicated to Honey’s well-being. They provided twice-daily updates with pictures, and as Honey grew more comfortable, she received extra playtime, extra love, and plenty of treats. They even gave her a complimentary bath because she smelled so bad when she arrived, carefully healing her scratches and making sure she was comfortable. The entire bath was video-recorded for us to see. From the owner to the manager to every single worker, the care and kindness at K9 Resorts were incredible. Honey thrived in their care, and over time, I didn’t even feel the need to call every day. When I visited, I was beyond impressed—the facility was clean, spacious, and welcoming. After a month, a wonderful foster stepped up to take Honey in. Ashley, the manager, even came in early to oversee the introduction and handoff, showing just how much they all cared about her journey. If you bring your furbaby to K9 Resorts in Audubon, PA, you’re entrusting them to some of the most caring, passionate, and loving people I’ve ever met. They went above and beyond, not only providing Honey with a safe place but also helping with her food, bath, and even giving us a discount while ensuring she had the biggest, most comfortable room. Though they are quite a distance from me, if I ever need to board one of my own dogs or another rescue pup, K9 Resorts will be my first call. No words can truly express how grateful we are!
