As promised, I have boarded my dog as well as my sister's pup for an 8 day stay. The pre-stay communication was really good. We were able to add details we wanted to the portal. In our case we brought our own food, and asked for a mid-day nap for our pups to be put back into their room together. My dog is 60 lbs and my sister's dog is 13 lbs, so they spend the days with their own size friends but giving them a break together mid-day was good for them. We got pictures regularly which is always a nice way to relax on vacation. When we picked up our pups they were exhausted, as expected. Both were ready to go home, but we felt sure that they had been well cared for every day. Paying for extras is worth it for our peace of mind, and knowing our dog's daily schedule is different but some parts are the same lets us feel like we have done the best we can when we have to board them. The bath required on the last day is helpful, but my dog's ears were highly matted and I had to cut out the knots when I got him home. I understand that this was from his activities with other dogs, but I also had to remember that the bath is not a groom, just a cleaning. I had planned a full groom for my pup shortly after we got home. Thank you to Ben for being so good with the dogs. I believe everyone here does their best to treat the dogs with kindness and we are already feeling good about planning our next trip, knowing we have a good option for boarding with confidence.

Jack LOVES going to school and playing with his friends! He sleeps the whole ride home and is out for the count the rest of the night (except until dinner lol) Super clean facility and smells soooo good! Thank you for taking care of my baby boy!

K9 Resorts Brookfield is truly one of Noodle’s happiest places. The pure excitement he shows the moment he realizes it’s a daycare day is the sweetest thing — and I look forward to it just as much as he does. Sara and the entire team are the kindest people you could ever meet. The love, care, and attention they give to every single dog is so evident from the moment you walk through the doors. The facility is always immaculately clean and maintained with the highest standards of care. They consistently go above and beyond, and it’s clear this isn’t just a job to them — it’s a part of their hearts. Every pup is treated like family, and that means everything to us as pet parents. K9 Resorts Brookfield has become such a special part of our lives, and we are so grateful for the incredible care and love they provide. I couldn’t recommend them more. 🐾💛

Excellent experience using the Doggy Day Care for the first time today. My puppy had a blast and they sent me pictures of her playing with the other dogs. So friendly, so organized, and so clean! Beautiful atmosphere- so cheerful- highly recommend this place! My puppy is tired out lol!

K9 Resorts is a wonderful place! The staff is friendly and communicates well. They are really attentive to my blind dog who needs eye drops multiple times a day. On our last trip we had lots of flight cancellations so our dog had to stay 3 more days than planned and they were very kind and understanding. It is wonderful to be able to travel knowing our dog is being well cared for while we are away.

I can’t say enough about the staff at K9 resorts in Brookfield. Our rescue dog had an extended stay last week and the care she received was excellent. I was provided with clear instructions on what to bring and how to prepare. The staff was attentive to my dogs needs and provided her with everything she needed to be comfortable. The updates and photos also put my mind at ease. She has also gone to day boarding and also had a great experience. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I have never had to board my dogs before and had an emergency. K9 Resorts took amazing care of them and went above and beyond to accommodate us. LOVE the updates and the cute pictures! Thanks for taking great care of my little loves!❤️🐶

Incredibly easy to book boarding for my two dogs, who absolutely love staying here. I’ll be the first to admit my dogs are not the easiest to handle, but they take great care of them (and send the best update photos).

Loki had a great ‘vacation’ while we were out of town. I received pics everyday of him having fun with his new friends. He had a bath prior to pick up and smelled fantastic! It was nice not to worry about him because the facility is clean and staff so friendly. Any time I called they were super nice and took the time to let me know how his day was going. He’s resting now from all the fun!!!

Our dogs are happy pups staying at K9 Resorts in Brookfield and we are so at ease when we drop them off. The staff truly wants to make each pet feel at home and loved while away. Our dogs always come home cheerful and healthy after a stay. Our last boarding session was 12 days and we received photos and a text update each day. 100% would definitely recommend!

We had our two dogs stay here this past week and everything went great. Staff is very helpful. We received photos and updates daily. Being the first time our dogs stayed overnight anywhere of course we were concerned but we can't complain about anything. There were no issues when we got home and our dogs picked right back up on their routine with no problems. They can take care of any special needs your dogs have. Both dogs have been there for doggy daycare before and that also went well. We will be having our dogs stay here again when we take trips and for daycare. We highly recommend this place.

"Benny’s Favorite Place – K9 Resorts Boarding & Day Camp is Outstanding!" I can’t say enough about K9 Resorts and the amazing care they provide for Benny, my high-energy dog. Whether it’s for boarding or day camp, K9 Resorts is the best place I’ve found for Benny to have fun and feel right at home while I’m away. From the moment we walked into K9 Resorts, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the warmth of the staff. They took the time to give me a tour and explain everything about their boarding and day camp services, which immediately put me at ease. Benny can be a little anxious in new environments, but the staff’s friendly and attentive nature helped him settle in quickly. Benny absolutely loves the day camp program. He’s social and loves to play with other dogs, and K9 Resorts offers a variety of fun and engaging activities. I love that the staff closely supervises all the dogs and ensures they have a good time while staying safe. After his first day in camp, Benny was happily tired and content—exactly what I was hoping for! For Benny’s first overnight stay, I was again very impressed. The boarding suites at K9 Resorts are spacious, clean, and comfortable. He had his own private area and plenty of space to stretch out. The facility is bright, with large windows that let the dogs enjoy fresh air and natural light, which makes it feel more like a home than a traditional kennel. I also love how much attention the staff gives to each dog. During his boarding stay, I received regular updates with photos and videos, which made me feel connected to Benny. It was reassuring to know he was happy and well taken care of. What sets K9 Resorts apart is the level of care they provide. The staff is passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about each dog’s well-being. They also offer additional services, like one-on-one playtime, which Benny loves. I was looking for a new daycare. I spoke to a lady at the dog park and she mentioned her pup goes to K9 and they love it! So, I decided to take my dog. He has only been twice, but so far comes home happy and exhausted. The staff are professional, polite, and seem really happy working there. Thank you.

We absolutely loved K9 Resorts! Our boy, Zeus, has never stayed at a pet hotel before so we were a bit nervous at first. The entire process of scheduling the initial tour, filling out his profile online, to drop off and pickup was so seamless. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and caring. 100% recommend K9 Resorts! Zeus absolutely loved it!
