My poodle stayed overnight and had the opportunity to play with other dogs during the day. Dogs are grouped by size which provides a lot of comfort to me. This place is squeaky clean and the playground area is nice and spacious. You have a choice of sleeping quarters in accordance with the size of your dog. They log all of your dogs belongings. They are very thorough. Each of the staff members I met are awesome caring and courteous. I couldn't before pleased.

This was our first time at K9 and also the first time coming back from vacation and our one dog wasn’t depressed! We watched for their pictures daily on Instagram and loved their progress reports. We could tell in the pictures they were so happy which allowed us to relax. Both our girls stayed together in a luxury suite and we did the one-on-one play which was perfect for them. We were honestly nervous because we haven’t had success in the past but I would absolutely bring them back here! Yay thank you! 🙏

Best boarding and daycare facility in Katy! We love it and it’s the only place for our Bichon Remy. Staff is wonderful, the facility clean and Remy comes home happy and healthy. Thank you for providing such excellent care 🫶🫶🫶

Josie is content now that she is used to going to K9 Resorts at Katy. The staff is so supportive, giving her the attention she needs to feel safe. I appreciate how we came up with a way to meet her specific needs. Josie is so loving and sweet and K9 Resorts at Katy lets her be herself while in their care. Highly recommended!

I originally too Sarah to become socialized. She seems to love going and is especially tired when I pick her up so I know she has been playing with the other dogs. Everyone there is extremely accommodating and nice when I call or stop in.

Sadie Mae had a wonderful experience! We had to board her as we took a last minute trip to Dallas. I told K9 that if they could get her to play with other dogs (she is fearful and defensive), they would be my heroes. And guess what? Sadie, after a day or so, warmed up and became friendly and comfortable around the other dogs! We are very grateful and will bring her for weekly playdates to continue her socialization. They took great care of her and kept us in the loop with Instagram photos. Thank you, K9 Resorts!

Luna has attended daycare at k9 resorts several times a week for the past year, including a fun summer camp. She absolutely loves it and the staff, and is always excited to go. The staff goes above and beyond. They have learned Luna’s personality and are very caring. They always let us know how Luna’s day went and alert us to any minor issues. We also love that we’re able to see how she is doing (on Instagram) throughout the day. The facility is lovely, with both indoor and outdoor areas. Definitely would recommend.

We can’t thank you enough for taking such wonderful care of Maggie while we were out of town. A picture is worth a thousand words and the daily pictures we received assured us that she was happy, content and having a wonderful time. We also heard that she LOVED the daily ice cream treat! She will be back soon for more fun!! Thanks again!!

It was my first time using the daycare for my dog. Booking appointment was very easy. The whole process was very easy and quick. Place was very clean and organized. I follow them on instagram and their pictures were great. Will definitely used them again.
