I am highly satisfied with my pup’s first day-boarding experience at K9 Resorts. Every staff member I spoke with was polite, helpful, and understanding, which is truly hard to come by these days. I want to thank everyone who was a part of my pup’s stay and for making the whole process so easy, especially since my amazing sister was handling everything in my absence. My pup didn’t do group play, but he came home and went straight to sleep, which tells me he received plenty of attention and care!

The team is attentive, professional, and always willing to answer questions or provide updates. You can tell they have a genuine passion for what they do, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing my puppy Grace is always in such great hands. The facility is clean, organized, and has a warm atmosphere. I would not go anywhere else! We love you all

Millie stayed with K9 Pet Resorts for the first time. She came home happy, well fed and smelling good. I appreciated the attention to detail and the service they provided. They sent extra photos whenever I requested, and included information on how she was doing. The “Resort” is very clean and beautifully decorated. K9 Resorts has the best daycare and boarding ever!! Every pup is treated like family and we are so grateful how comfortable we feel dropping our pup off. They know our baby’s name and they know our family so well! They make us feel so special and they always have the cutest stories from the day! I love all of the activities that they provide. We have tried many daycares and not one of them comes close to K9 Resorts. I recommend this place to everyone! My favorite part is having pictures and artwork made by my pup at our home that hold such sweet memories!! My pup gets so excited when he knows he will be going to daycare that day and he loves seeing all of the staff there!

Since December 2024, my dog Solomon has enjoyed absolutely everything about K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel. From the moment we enter the facility, his tail wags "non stop" The Trainers are all "top notch" professionals and clearly display their love for dogs on each and every visit. I love how we're greeted with a smile the moment we enter the facility and the speed in which they handle my 120lb Labrador is impressive. I wouldn't take my dog any where else.

We have been taking our 2 pups to K9 resort for a year now. We trust K9 with the care of our pups as they treat them just like they are their own pets. The whole team at K9 is very well trained and very pleasant to talk with and are always willing to help! I highly recommend for regular daycare as well as overnight stays!

I had to board my 3 labs while contractors were working on my house, 5 stars is not enough for this place. The facility was immaculate, the staff was very accommodating & friendly. During their stay I stopped in on a few occasions and observed them at their daycare, they were playing with others and was very happy. Again thank you so much for taking care of my kids!!!!!!!!

They are absolutely incredible! We’ve left our dogs here before and they had an excellent time! We decided to leave them here again for the holidays while we decided to visit family. After a political issue, we were stuck. I called K9 asap and they responded asap, I mentioned our situation and within minutes they helped us and eased our minds over our beloved dogs. They were so flexible, kind, and helpful I couldn’t recommend them more! Make sure to check their Facebook page daily so you can get picture updates of the dogs! Its so cute! Thank you K9 Resorts! My dog Duke really enjoyed his 6 day stay at K9 Resorts especially the play time with other dogs his size. Duke has always wanted to be the leader of a pack. For 6 days, he could pretend to be the leader of his play group and he totally enjoyed the play time.
