Although K9 Resorts Scottsdale wasn’t ultimately able to accommodate my reservation, Shelby went above and beyond to help. She was kind, patient, genuinely curious about my situation, and willing to explore every possible option. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was simply another phone call. Instead, I felt heard, respected, and valued. Shelby’s communication was clear, thoughtful, and professional from beginning to end. She represented K9 Resorts with warmth, grace, and a level of customer care that reflects incredibly well on your organization. If her approach is representative of your culture, then you’re doing something very right. Please extend my sincere gratitude to Shelby for turning what could have been a disappointing conversation into such a positive experience. She made a lasting impression, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.

Dropped our girl off for the day for play time. We recently lost an older dog and our younger one is sad so we thought some play time with other dogs would help. She loves it! The facility is beautiful and so clean! They are very organized with easy scheduling as well as check out. We look forward to lots of visits to K9 Resorts!

Absolutely LOVED our experience boarding our grand-dog Norman Bates here over Memorial Day weekend! Coby and the staff took such great care of him! We could tell Norman loooooved it too by the big ol NAP he took when he got home! This was Norman’s first experience with day care or boarding. The staff kept us up to date on Norman was adapting to being with dogs. He found his groove and some doggie friends too! Hopefully next time that other cute Bassett will be there for him to play with!

Our first boarding experience was amazing for us humans and our pup. We are those helicopter parents but the Staff was so kind and gave us updates when we would call. Our pup was picked up happy. We are so greatful Timmy was well taken care of.

Our dog Kody loves going here for daycare and for boarding. The staff is always friendly and glad to see him. He enjoys playing with all the other dogs and is tired and happy when we pick him up. We have sent him to several other places and this one is the best.

We had the BEST experience at K9 Pet Hotel! Ellie's first visit was absolutely wonderful; I had concerns, especially since she was a rescue. The staff were so watchful and patient with Ellie (and me!), making sure she felt safe with the other dogs, while answering ALL my questions. She had a wonderful time as Ethan watched closely ---and I got to watch her interaction with other dogs as well! Thank you to all at K9!

My dog loves going to K9! All staff members are very courteous, down-to-earth, and always display a positive attitude to me and my dog. In addition, the entire establishment is immaculate, the dogs have access to indoor/outdoor play all day, and the checkin/checkout process is so easy. I highly recommend K9 - the very best operation I’ve experienced in Scottsdale.

We took Molly, our 90lb bernedoodle, to K9 Resorts for the first time and she was taken care of so well. All of the staff that we met were super friendly. Molly is normally a little shy around other dogs but she made a friend that day due to the patient of the staff introducing her to the other dogs one at a time. We’ll definitely be back when we are in the area again!
