What a great first experience at this new K9 Resorts location! We’ve brought our two huskies a couple of K9 Resorts for years now and finally there’s one close to home! The staff are knowledgeable and very personable. The owner Rachel is such a warm and welcoming person and loves her dogs (and ours)! The accommodations are top tier! I highly recommend using this K9 Resorts location!

Used K9 Turnersville for the first time and truly a great experience. I had my dog Bella boarded for an overnight stay. The staff were super friendly when I arrived, and my dog immediately went into the back with them and was very happy to go. Great piece of mind, knowing that she was well taken care of.

Rachel & the staff here are so wonderful and passionate about the pets in their care! I couldn’t recommend bringing your pup here more highly. We call our dog’s daycare visits his spa days because he goes for the human attention as much as the social interactions with other dogs! We especially love that on hot days, they have the option to go in or outside freely to stay cool in the AC.

First time using K9 Resorts, so happy we found this place. We feel so comfortable knowing she is being cared for by such caring and professional people. Place is immaculate, staff is friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell that they truly care for the dogs in their care.

I can't say enough great things about this place! We recently boarded our 8lb maltipoo here over the holiday weekend. She came back so happy it was obvious the staff did a fabulous job taking care of her. The two employees I met we nothing but kind and calmed my anxieties about leaving our pup for the few days. The establishment is clean and modern. So happy we found this place!!

If I could give more stars I would! Our puppy Hatha had Ana amazing experience here. The staff was so friendly and loving and took wonderful care of our sweet boy. They were in constant communication and left a pupdate daily with pictures which made us feel reassured and know he was safe and in good arms. Will definitely come back next time we are in need and will be recommending this location to all of our furry friends’ parents!

I left my 2 beagles there for 6 days and requested they gat bathed. I’ve been getting daily repot cards via email and when picked up my dogs they felt fairly comfortable and clean. I appreciated the simplicity of checking in and checking out very much. I also very highly appreciated the cleanness and smell of the facility. The team seemed very friendly and explained everything they were doing.

K9 Resorts in North olmsted is a new favorite place. I have taken my havanesse Rico there twice now. The place is immaculately clean, they love the dogs, they actually socialize them by having activities for them to do together. They definitely go above and beyond. If you have to go out of town or you just need doggy daycare because of your career, whatever it might be... K9 Resort is the place you should be taking your best furry friend

We have brought our dog here for day care a few times in the past three months. I’m very happy with their responsiveness and availability. They have sections based on dog weight, which is important to us, as we have a smaller dog. The only thing I’d like to see is a video feed.

Great experience. Our dogs left happy and they appreciated all the good care & attention at K9! The staff is great and so well prepared. We continue to board our dogs here because we trust they are getting the best are possible away from home!

I had the opportunity to tour the new K9 Resorts in Turnersville, and I was truly impressed! The facility is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with the dogs comfort and safety in mind. What stood out most was how much the team genuinely cares about every dog. Their passion and commitment to providing exceptional care are evident in everything they do. I would absolutely recommend K9 Resorts to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and high-quality place for their dog!!

They took such good care of our dogs the two years we lived in the lowcountry! The pricing was reasonable given the care that our pups received. We went here for boarding and daycare, and we would get our dogs back with them smelling great and exhausted from all the fun they had. It’s also great that they post the dogs on social media, so you can also see how much fun they had. Would highly recommend!

K9 Resorts has been amazing since day 1!! If I could give it 100 stars, I totally would! Demi was the first pup to enter the facility on opening day! The staff is great and the facility is 10/10! Very clean and tidy. The owner is sweet and very committed to her business and customers, which I truly appreciate. Every interaction with the staff has been so positive and easy going. Their prices are fair considering the quality care your pups are getting. I am happy to be boarding my pup Demi with them for a week, because I know she will be in good hands and SPOILED!! Place is gorgeous and super clean. Staff is very friendly. Very accommodating with changes to make our dog more comfortable and relaxed.

I took my dog Harper for an evaluation for daycare. We are going to board her next month for vacation and wanted to see how she would do in a doggy daycare environment. I was very nervous, since Harper does not have much interaction with other dogs. Everyone there was so warm, friendly and knowledgeable, I instantly felt comfortable. Harper had such an amazing time, she did not want to leave. I look forward to bringing her back next month and totally feel comfortable that she will be in great hands.
