Our dog daycare for large breeds gives bigger pups the space they need to move, play and stay engaged in spacious indoor and outdoor areas. Team members supervise activity, encourage appropriate interactions and help maintain a structured environment from arrival to pickup.
Before entering group play, each new guest completes our daycare evaluation and integration process. This allows the team to learn more about each guest's personality, energy level and response to a new setting. Gradual introductions take place before group play so each dog can become familiar with the environment gradually.
For dogs who prefer one-on-one attention or are not joining a group, private play sessions provide movement, enrichment and interaction with a trained team member. This gives pet parents flexibility when selecting care.
Dogs are grouped by size to help create a more appropriate play environment. Larger dogs can interact with dogs whose size and activity levels are generally better matched to their own.
Our outdoor yards feature K9 Grass, a state-of-the-art turf system created specifically for dogs. It includes Microban antimicrobial technology and a proprietary drainage system, providing a durable, soft and paw-friendly surface for active play.

Luna has attended daycare at k9 resorts several times a week for the past year, including a fun summer camp. She absolutely loves it and the staff, and is always excited to go. The staff goes above and beyond. They have learned Luna’s personality and are very caring. They always let us know how Luna’s day went and alert us to any minor issues. We also love that we’re able to see how she is doing (on Instagram) throughout the day. The facility is lovely, with both indoor and outdoor areas. Definitely would recommend.

Our beloved Biko simply LOVES whenever he gets to stay at K9 Resorts in Garden City!! The staff is absolutely amazing and so loving, not only to Biko, but also to us. We truly feel so good about leaving him under their watchful care and he loves being able to play and socialize with all his playmates. We appreciate the pictures that we receive while away, which definitely eased our initial trepidation as new clients about a year ago.
