Small dogs often do best in a setting where they can play with dogs of similar size. At K9 Resorts Sterling, dogs are grouped by size to support a more appropriate daycare experience. This allows small dogs to enjoy activity and socialization in a way that better fits their needs.
Before joining group play, every new dog completes our daycare evaluation and integration process. Our team introduces dogs thoughtfully, one by one, while taking natural dog behavior into account. This process helps us learn more about each dog's personality and play style before they join group play.
Approved doggie daycare guests enjoy all-day group play in our indoor and outdoor play areas. For dogs who are not participating in group play, we also offer private play sessions with a trained team member, providing individualized attention and enrichment.
Our outdoor yards feature K9 Grass, a state-of-the-art turf system designed specifically for dogs with Microban antimicrobial technology and a proprietary drainage system. It creates a soft, durable and paw-friendly surface for outdoor activity.

Luna has attended daycare at k9 resorts several times a week for the past year, including a fun summer camp. She absolutely loves it and the staff, and is always excited to go. The staff goes above and beyond. They have learned Luna’s personality and are very caring. They always let us know how Luna’s day went and alert us to any minor issues. We also love that we’re able to see how she is doing (on Instagram) throughout the day. The facility is lovely, with both indoor and outdoor areas. Definitely would recommend.

Our beloved Biko simply LOVES whenever he gets to stay at K9 Resorts in Garden City!! The staff is absolutely amazing and so loving, not only to Biko, but also to us. We truly feel so good about leaving him under their watchful care and he loves being able to play and socialize with all his playmates. We appreciate the pictures that we receive while away, which definitely eased our initial trepidation as new clients about a year ago.
