What are the check-in and check-out times for boarding?

Check-in time for boarding is between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Check-out time is between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If you need to arrange for alternative check-in or check-out times, please contact us in advance.

Can I bring my dog's own food and toys?

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your dog's own food and toys. We encourage continuity in their diet and comfort items from home to make their stay more enjoyable.

What vaccinations are required for boarding?

All dogs must be up to date on their Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations is required upon check-in. If your dog requires any additional vaccinations, please consult with your veterinarian prior to their stay.

Can you administer medication to my dog during their stay?

Yes, our trained staff can administer medication to your dog during their stay. Please provide clear instructions and labeled medication containers upon check-in.

Are there any breed restrictions for boarding?

No, we do not have any breed restrictions for boarding. All dogs are welcome at K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel Houston - Energy Corridor.

Can I request additional services for my dog during their stay?

Yes, we offer a range of additional services such as grooming, training, and extra playtime. Please let us know your requirements when making the reservation or during check-in.

How often will my dog be exercised during their stay?

We provide multiple exercise sessions throughout the day for our boarding guests. Dogs have access to our spacious play areas and are supervised by our trained staff.

Can I visit my dog during their boarding stay?

Yes, we understand that you may miss your furry friend. You are welcome to visit your dog during their boarding stay. However, please note that visiting hours are between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM to minimize disruptions to the other guests.

What should I bring when dropping off my dog for boarding?

When dropping off your dog for boarding, please bring their vaccination records, any medications they require, their food (if not choosing our premium house food), and any special instructions you have for our staff.
